I have had an email conversation with the
Inspector Generals Office of the U.S.
Dept. of Treasury.

All complaints regarding the VSO non profits,
i.e. the veterans service organizations
such as DAV, VFW, and American Legion,
goes to the Internal Revenue Service
(IRS) inspector general.

This is how they want it, and the link
is below. By the same token, those House
and Senate Committees which oversees the
IRS matters and jurisdiction and/or the
U.S. Treasury, would also apply at the
congressional level.

This is where you want to flood them
with complaints on incompetence doing
disabilty claims, bad services, bungled
VA disability cases, and begger schemes
invoking our names as veterans while
they hound the public for faker donations
in our names while a lot of us are just
not being helped at all. This includes
any case that was literally TURNED AWAY
because the VSO refused to take their cases,
or otherwise attempted to FORCE the
veterans to process fake and phoney VA
ruling documents after it was found out
that firings or Shredded Documents in
the case file were at play.

Call for the immediate END to these VSO's
handling claims. Note that state and county
VSO's are a completely different animal
and will NOT apply to this advisory. This
is only for "non profit clubs" who claim
to have VSO's doing veterans claims only
to have them bungle the case all over the
place or turn the veteran away for no
apparent reason.

While the web page talks a lot about tax
fraud, this is where the Treasury Dept.
officially steered me to file VSO
complaints by their own email advisory.
Be sure to phrase your cases under the
IG's "jurisdiction" of fraud, waste,
or abuse
. Show the malpractice and
incompetence of your claim to be
a non profit fraud scheme not really
helping you at all.

So get busy and now you know where
to gripe on bungled and crackpot VSO's
who are aiding and assisting the
torture factory by VA Raters.
