Okay everybody, this destination is all
about the House Committee on Oversight
and Government Reform.

This is a Catch-All place for public
complaints on many different issues,
and at times, just what exactly they
will or will not accept for investigations
is a very fuzzy Blur indeed.

I have broken down their website pages
for you below so you can start the
process of sorting this all out.

What is known for sure, is that VA
Employees can bring their issues
here regarding the broken system of
the VA Inspector Generals Office as
well as all Waste, Fraud, and Abuse
reporting generally at the VA. You
can also lodge your gripes here
about the Federal Special Counsel's
Office being completely broken.

For Veterans, this Committee has
other goldmine treasures for jurisdiction
on complaints and filings. Yes they
do accept from the public, email and
phone and probably FAX too if you
call them to get the number. The
web pages are below, and I went to
see them in person in Washington and
talked to them in person.

You have to be really creative to
know where their boundaries are on
topics as it pertains to the authority
of other reporting committees as well.

Here are some of the not so obvious
translations of Veterans topics which
can be advanced here:

** Issues against the VA Inspector
Generals Office

** Issues of poor management and general
malpractice passed around as VA "policy"
to include corrupt processing of PTSD
cases, the fully denounced Presumptive
Service Connected statusing process,
and the failures of the Center for
Women Veterans at the VA.

** Issues regarding VSO's (veterans service
groups) their lack of qualifications,
and their ridiculous and absurd relations
to both the VA agency and the House and
Senate Veterans Affairs Committees.

** Advocate here for FREE lawyers to veterans
who have incomes less than $18,000 per
year, and are pursuing disability cases
and appeals based on the screwups of the
VA.

** The complete and utter lack of qualifications
on VA Raters.

** Labor Unions representing the VA employees
and issues stemming from that scenario.

** Sexual Assault in the military, or involving
military contractors.

** Environmental Protection Agency issues
and the failure of these related operations
such as the Center for Disease Control and
and the Institute of Medicine in protecting
and enforcing Health practices in the
military or at the VA. This would involve
contamination sites where both civilian
and military populations are effected
together, not in the pursuit of war.

** Issues of Records and Access, for example
classified documents needed for VA disabilty
claims.

** VA agency management generally

** The broken Civil Rights Complaint system
at the VA agency ( to include reverse
discrimination claims )

** The relentless VA appointment of faker
and phoney boards and commissions to
duplicate and delay that which has
already been done by other boards and
commissions finding against the VA
practices.

** And of course, any agency translations
which can be made over to the Dept. of
Justice; employee management issues,
issues of Labor Unions representing DOJ
employees, broken systems at DOJ, etc.

** Crossover issues from VA disability to
Social Security Disability and back again.
This might include the fact there is no
current process to revise, amend, fix,
or correct SSD papers once they get it
wrong and use falsified documents from
the VA.

This list will get ya started on an
inspiration.

Be very exacting in your reading of their
web pages. If you have an inspiration and
aren't really sure if it will fly, ask
them first on the topic generally before
you file. Don't give away your story on
the phone, just ask on the topic itself
and make sure they handle your topic.

Good luck everybody, and let the god dam
papers fly in the air. Let it rain papers
on Washington, is all I've got to say.
Let them get a load of mad and angry
Veterans, from sea to shining sea.
