It's not exactly clear why the FBI
has it's very own website, as large
as and separate from the Dept. of
Justice itself, but it does. So
on that note, I bring it to you
here in this Forum to sort out any
cases for complaints that you
may be contemplating.

Pay special attention to their
jurisdiction page, because they
only handle a limited variation
of Civil Rights cases, (separate
from DOJ), and the only government
fraud complaints must be rooted
in a criminal complaint.

To the extent that you can phrase
the VA agency into a criminal statute,
then by all means, file here and have
a good day.

Do NOT send "RICO" complaints
against the VA here or they will hot
list you as a KookBall and you will
never get another thing out of them.
The federal RICO statutes do NOT apply
to the VA, that is just a rumor on the
internet from the Kook Farms that exist
in our arena.

I have loaded 2 specific federal criminal
statutes which may apply to Veterans claims
and the VA agency itself, if you decide to
go down that road. The 2 statutes can
be found in the Forum below titled
The Argument Factory.

Outside of those 2 criminal statutes, you
will NOT get much attention from the FBI
on gripes against the VA unless you invoke
some other similar criminal statutes which
actually do apply. (not RICO)

If you push that button and stick your
name to a RICO complaint and send it to
them, you will get zero from them in
the hereafter and you will be squandering
an important opportunity to get DOJ
involved at any level in issuing law
directives against the VA.

Be creative and think more along the
lines of the following 3 terms:

Patient Exploitation
Patient Neglect
Patient Abuse

all of which would be invoked under
the VA's very own Patient Rights bill
under 38 CFR Part 17.33. These are the
gripe terms of the future for Veterans
and until we all start using the same
exact phrasing on these agency complaints.
the investigators simply will not think
along this line on their very own steam.

To that end, be sure to study the
FBI's "jurisdiction" page below and
take the time to phrase your complaints
as exacting as possible, to measure up
to the legal test of their jurisdiction
list.

We have a country in national crisis
right now because of the missing in
action police presence. Veterans by their
very numbers, can change that picture
if only you will.
