It has been confirmed that the Senate
Judiciary Committee does accept complaints
and papers from the public for review
and investigations.

I cannot tell you just yet what the
small-detail differences are between
the Senate Judiciary and the House
Judiciary committees because both
deals in the U.S. court system.
But to that end, I bring to you
now the Senate side of the Judiciary
Committee.

This Committee is located at:

Senate Judiciary Committee
Room 224, Dirksen Senate Ofc. Bldg.
U.S. Capitol
Washington DC 20510

They will not accept any papers which
are enclosed in any envelope, believe
it because they have a big sign
posted as such on their front entrance
door.

To give papers to them in person, the
papers must be as is, out in the open,
and not sealed in any kind of way
other than binding to hold the papers
together if you have a large submission.

They do have a FAX for smaller submissions
(fewer than 10 pages) and they don't mind
if you submit that way, but again for the
larger stuff you will have to go there
in person to defeat the 90 day delay
in the Capitol mail system. Be sure
to use the recommended formatting
for a complaint in the lower Forum
below this one that I have already
posted.

FAX: 202-224-9516

The LINKs to their Jurisdictions for
Subcommittees and the website Home
Page are listed below for your use.
Just go down through the list of
Subcommittees and CLICK on the
one you want to look at and the
Jurisdiction for that Subcommittee
will pop up for you to see.

Keep your complaints fully in line
with the Jurisdiction statements or
it will bounce.

Obviously some of these places have
really good websites, and then others
barely have anything at all on-line.
