In the 1970's there was a popular
weekly TV show on called Dean
Martin Roasts, and the format of
the show was to showcase a different
famous person each week, usually
other comedy actors, and have
a panel of comedy types come
to the podium and make jokes
about the guest of honor.

One of the staple actors for that
show was comedian Foster Brooks.
If you are not aware of who he
is, his standup shtick is always
the same. He impersonates a drunk
guy and he does it really well.

You may have to look at these a
couple of times to catch all that
he says, but these are great
oldies clips to go back and see
some of the other famous people
who were also sitting on the panel
for this great weekly show.

This was a time when comedy actors
were really funny, in stark comparison
to todays unimaginative BlowHards
who simply come out on stage and
swear for an entire 60 minutes and
then call that funny. This guy was
the best at what he did for jokes.

Here is a great collection of
appearances by Foster Brooks,
and at least one of these are sure
to make you laugh.
