Teenage Marine Accused of Murdering His
Father On Christmas Night

GAITHERSBURG, Md. (WUSA) -- Christmas night
was neither silent nor holy in NorthPotomac.


Shortly before midnight, a state police helicopter and K-9 units discovered the body
of 55-year-old Andrew Winters, in Muddy Branch Park. The North Potomac architect had been stabbed and Montgomery County police now have his 18-year-old son, David Winters, in custody.
He has been charged with first degree murder.

According to investigators, David Winters claimed he and his father had been attacked by half a dozen men while they strolled through the park on Christmas night. The younger Winters said he managed to get away and was interrogated by police at Shady Grove Hospital where the young man had gone for treatment.

His statement set off a desperate search for the father which ended at 11:45 p.m. on Christmas night.

"The statement provided by the suspect did not match the evidence" said Montgomery County Police Lieutenant Paul Starks.

"There was blood splatter evidence on the suspect's clothing and cuts on his fingers," he added.

Police seem to have discounted holiday related stress as a possible motive for the murder; some unconfirmed reports suggest that David Winters may have had emotional or psychological problems.

According to neighbors, Andrew Winters was very proud that his son David had recently completed Marine boot camp and seemed to be turning his life around after past troubles.

According to Montgomery school records, David Winters left Thomas S. Wooten High School in Maryland in 2004. It's not known where or if he finished his high school education prior to joining the Marine Corps.

The military command is issuing Moral
Waivers to mental illness cases and
high risk populations to allow them
to enter the Armed Forces. In the meantime,
the Bleeding Hearts crowd wants to assign
a definition of PTSD to every single BLIP
of a story just like this one to excuse
away the poor little dears and all of
their fast-track journeys straight to
a jail cell.

This Marine is a crackpot, plain and
simple and should have never been allowed
to pass induction. Todays Vet Activists
especially here at VFJ, do have to be
able to identify and sort out which
is which inside these stories because
the news media is taking all the rest
of us along for the ride on the Psycho
Ward identity.

Todays generation is having it hard
getting hired for jobs by reason
of this very false and misapplied STIGMA
that the news media is cranking out
on stories like this.

There's no evidence in this story
that this Marine ever saw a single
day in the life of Iraq so be sure
to tell the Rumor-Nazi's to shut up
and sit down with their wheel spinning
nonsense to nowhere. No it is NOT
PTSD so read it again and have it
soak into your brains.

Activists do have to start paying
attention to facts and the truth
and leave out all the Bravado Worship
CRAP in these matters because in the
final outcome of all things said
and done, these misapplied advocacies
are helping nobody at all while it
may only give you all of 3 full minutes
of a self-centered grandstanding
moment rooted in delusions.

There is no honor in passing around
