On the heels of my March appearance before
the House Veterans Affairs Committee and
talking on the corrupted Appeals process
on Veterans claims, the House has now for
the very first time added a new public
hearing to their agenda coming up in a few
days to review the Appeals process. Now
is the time to make noise and ask the House
to EXPAND the Appeals process so that
REMAND ORDERS can be appealed coming out
of the Board of Veterans Appeals.

Participate in the process everybody
because I can't do this alone. You
all have to speak up and let them know
that this current claims system royally
SUCKS!! Tell them to expand the Appeals
process to include corrupted and time
delay eating Remand Orders when your
cases are already as evidenced as they
are ever going to be.
