REPLY TO KAZMAX:

Dude --- I have already told you where
to go and what to do in your FIRST post
listed above that you made the other
day. That is not going to change.
We do NOT do "claims" here so please
follow my advice as I have already
listed above for you and get it done
as soon as you can. thanks and good
luck.

You have posted this in the wrong
place and nobody will see it.

You need to move it up into the
Forum titled "Human Torture" at
the top, and post it after the
entry "Congress Blasts VA In
Shanks Death". The entire hearing
information that you are talking
about is there plus our criticism
of the VA on it.

I have to delete out your post down
here at the wrong section.

You have to contact the House
Veterans Affairs Committee, Oversight
and Investigation Subcommittee
at www.House.gov the phone numbers
are listed at the committee website.

You may also have to contact the
Shanks family directly. Since she
just finished testifying, she seems
to be doing well with her recovery
and may talk to you.

But understand, the people who were
involved in Marion have been fired
and removed from the Marion facility
as of the day of the Shanks death.

I hope you can help me. I'm not real computer savvy-but learning. I didn't see a section in the forums about medical malpractice. The issue--my husband died a couple months ago after getting treatment at VAMC in Marion, Il. They suspended all surgeries there 8-31-07. Nine or more Vets died after surgeries by Jose Veizaga-Mendez. Investigations followed by OMI and OIG. House Committee Hearing on Veterans' Affairs was 1-29-08. They "declare" something will be done-and conveined a Board to review, take and make calls to affected Vets/families. After speaking with a Dr. Sanders last week, I'm convinced JUST ANOTHER DEAD VET can be swept under the rug easily. We hired a lawyer Oct. 07 to file Form 95 and he has sat on it-doing nothing. I want to scream. No one will tell me who the other dead Vets families are-how to contact them to see if they have info on what to do-a good attorney etc. Can you please tell me something or point me in a direction of help? My email is ljones3123@yahoo.com. Thank you for your time and interest-and for helping the VETS.
