I have been told in a meeting on Capitol
Hill that General James Terry Scott will
no longer be the front man for VDBC
Commission legislation on Capitol Hill.
These duties have been handed off to
former Navy Fleet Commander Dennis
McGinn of Boston. General Scott runs
a Texas ranch for his livelihood for
his family, and I am told that his
wife carried those burdens while General
Scott held his seat on the VDBC.
He has been anxious to get back to
his ranching operation and it makes
sense that Commander McGinn is more
conveniently located for travel to
Washington as I am.

So look to see Commander McGinn to
be the one to emerge in House and
Senate hearings in the future on
behalf of the VDBC.
