As one of the many who is
hopelessly trapped on SSD
until the VARO wakes up from
their COMA on my service
connected case, let me share
the fact that I have learned
from my local Social Security
office that they have no
legal or filing procedure
in place for Veterans to
UPDATE their SSD claims.

They do not even have a filing
form for the Veteran to invoke.

This means if the claim
was falsified through extraction
from the VARO offices first,
then denied on Appeal for
no apparent reason other
than Social Security spinning
their wheels, and then the
Veteran later on can prove
that the VARO papers were
falsified through the abuses
of the New And Material
Evidence Rule, then there
is no procedure or filing
process in the final end
for the Veteran to go back
into Social Security to
make verified VAMC corrections:
.....such as a biopsy surgery.

Yes it's the stupid leading
the dumb, the VA and the
Social Security Administration.
Who knew ??
