Well if Veterans ever needed a
case study to place under a
microscope to find out what
exactly is wrong with the entire
VA Comp & Pen legal system,
then one of the CVA's newest
judicial appointees sure does
deliver a Kodak moment on
issues of lawyer and judicial
"confusion", displaced loyalties,
and the tale of the sitting judge who
has yet to rule upon anything at all.
Can you say DUH! yer Honor??

For those who didn't know, nearly
the entire old Republican court
has retired from the 80's
and 90's at the Court of Veterans
Appeals, and the new lineup
largely has been seated since
the turn of the new century.
This does not mean that all
is well in litigation land, but
change is good and it's a start.
We now have something to wait
and see on at the CVA.

This Blog focuses upon the
confused job patterns of Judge
Mary Schoelen.

She was born in Spain to the
father of a Navy Lifer. Pay
attention to that because just
about everyone who is bungling,
sabotaging, subverting, and
crapping out the entire VA
system in this country has had
a persistent connection to the
Navy. There is not an Army or Marine
Veteran among them. All the VA
is Navy.

Her law degree schooling yes,
for sure, was rooted in American
schools so we can take the load
off her about being a foreign
immigrant too. She graduated
in Washington DC and travelled
in those circles for a time.

But then things get strange and
as I list this out, you can
see why it's easy to get cross-eyed
in figuring out who this young
lady really is.

While she was in law school, she
was a sitting Law Clerk for the
National Veterans Legal Services
Project, which has previously
been Blogged in our Lawyers Forum
on this web page. NVLSP has been
long established to be a fake
and phoney storefront which
pretends to be a Veterans "services"
organization (presumably just to
get non-profit statusing) but
then when you go there and ask
them for help, well now it's a
million excuses of brick walls
coming your way claiming that
they do not really handle legal cases
and they ".....just do publishing..." !!
Then they quickly attempt
to SELL to you one of their
many, many books and publications,
most of which are obsoleted and
not even true, and all of which
are priced for the taking of an
entire month of your Welfare check
while you sit in dire poverty waiting
for a REAL lawyer to come and
help you. This is who NVLSP
really is.

She was then an Intern at the
Senate Veterans Affairs Committee,
and then she became a Staff
Attorney for Vietnam Veterans
of America. Are ya starting to
catch my drift about being all
over the place ??

She then rejoined the Senate
Veterans Affairs Committee, first
as a Staffer and then as a Minority
Counsel. She then held a short string
of Staff Director jobs which
oversighted the VA's very own
Office of General Counsel up until
2004, answering to the direction
of Democrats Senator Bob Graham
and Senator John Rockefeller.

[ Ya see, here is another problem.
The VA Office of General Counsel
is the very crime syndicate who
falsifies all the Vet disability
cases, so just WHAT exactly did
this young lady do in oversighting
them as each of our cases have
been trashed time and time again?? ]

After poking around into Google.com,
WHOA something of interest came
popping out. It seems that
Senator John Rockefeller is the
lead champion for a website and
group called Expand NATO at
http://www.ExpandNATO.org
Hold up, Buddy ---- are you saying
that we should be getting MORE
of what we have been getting out
of this U.N. and NATO Monkey Circus??
Run fer the hills Vets, they are
trying to drum up business for us!!


Who needs John Rockefeller at
the NATO alter of worship?

Judge Mary Schoelen was appointed
to the Court of Appeals in 2004
apparently straight from the Senate.
And here is the real kicker.

A word search at the Court of
Veterans Appeals website against
all cases on-line shows that Judge
Schoelen has not issued ONE single
ruling in a Veterans case.

Yup! The searches come back
"....no records found..."

Now, is she just there as a book-end
to look pretty at the side of
that other Navy guy Chief Judge
William Greene or is she there
to rule on cases?? Geez, we may
never know. S-n-o-o-o-o-r-e !

There is a confused conflict of
sorts going on with her job
trail and it will only be by
her rulings that we are able
to tell whether or not she
ever "got it right" as she was
coming up through the ranks
of Washington.

But here is another question to
consider: Why is a hostile and
adverse Veterans Court completely
stacked with other Veterans,
family relatives of Veterans, and
people in general who seem to have
a conflict of interest that
would normally keep them off this
particular court bench??
This is a fair question to know.

It can also be argued about
the Senate Veterans Committee:
What have ya done for
us lately?? The Senate
has done nothing but sabotage
every single pro-Veteran Bill
that has hit the session floor
this year voting in all ways against
"party lines". Whatever happened
to right vs. wrong, or just
plain doing the right thing?
Shoot me for not being dazzled
by the Senate Veterans Affairs
Committee.

This whole pattern of Judge
Mary Schoelen is dubious at
best and it won't be until
the other men on the bench
"lets" her rule
on actual Vet cases that we
will ever really find her out
for who she really is. Apparently
she is still waiting for all
of them to give her permission
to rule on cases.
