Well for those who have not yet
taken in the full tour of the
final report to Congress from
the Veterans Disability Commission,
you are missing a handful of
victories that many of us have
been celebrating for a couple
of months now.

The Commission has found in favor
of the Veterans to bring an end
to State Court garnishments of
Veterans disability pay for alimony
purposes. This finding did NOT
happen by itself, and it is one
of the several victories that
Vets for Justice is claiming in
this historic document that will
Rock The World of veterans everywhere
after it is implemented.

This issue swumg back and forth
like a pendulum during the Commission
hearings and the Activists worked
their fannies off (as did I) to
bring this victory home to our
members.

As the new congressional session
for 2008 gets ready to start in
a few weeks, the VDBC Commission
adoption will be in the first part
of the lineup for adoption hearings
and this is one of the GEMS for
all of us that will be on the
table.

In the actual report itself, it
only occupies 2 pages of text --
but to those of you who always
have worries on board about
Spousal Injustice and the protections
of your VA Comp pay, this will
be the most important 2 pages
of your life.

This is not the end-all on the
issue of Spousal Injustice, but
HEY! --- I'll take it as a good
start and I think you will be
thrillled too.

It's a bit of a journey getting
there in the electronic version
of the report, but I'll get ya
there.

Click on the LINK and then Scroll
the pages forward to Page 67 at
VII State Court Spousal Obligations
and this reads over into Page 69
which carries the all crucial FINDINGS
paragraph. If ya haven't had a chance
yet to behold this with your own eyes,
then PLEASE do so now while the
electronic report is still on their
official website.

This is a landmark recommendation
and Veterans everywhere should be
celebrating its arrival. Brought
to you by Vets for Justice once
again. A proven track record in
successful protesting for Veterans
Rights.

UPDATE NOTE: This advocacy by the
way was widely supported by women
Veterans all across America as well
as other Stakeholders groups such
as The Veterans Party and an entire
chain of national email lists who
actively backed our email drive
when we solicited for Veterans
Endorsements. This included all the
women of The Fort McClellan Veterans
Stakeholders Patient Group. This goes
to show you how mentally retarded and
psychotic Suretta Williams is and her
uneffective and waste of time AOL
Journals pursuit is --- if only she
had an I.Q. slightly higher than
"3" perhaps the Internet would be
safe again for REAL Veterans to
express their insider information. Until
then, do NOT support that AOL crap
that she wastes all of her time on.
You are only supporting criminal
Stalking which is NOT granted by
permissions on this website.
