The recent chaos that has ensued
at the VA Regional Office in New York
City starts the spray of blame in all
directions about who it was that helped,
covered up, played along with, and
facilitated the corruption of cases
coming out of the claims unit there
and just how much was the system actually
DUPED during the 5 years or so that
the cases were being trashed.

While the news media has not completely
caught up with the full extent of this
story just yet, let it be known far
and wide that Joseph Collorafi at
VARO NYC was issuing completely fake,
phoney, and falsified ruling documents
all over the place and that the claims
trashing efforts by his Zoo following
at the office, was far more reaching
than just "backdating" on the VA
official computer.

Of course the investigators are only
looking at the backdating because
they are only investigating a single
complaint stack from a handful of
veterans. There has been ZERO outreach
for, or even a plan in place by VA
to ask all the rest of us to come
forward so we can be identified as
crime victims in waiting so we can
ALL testify against Joseph Collorafi's
doings as Chief of the Adjudication
Division.

To that end, it's time to start confronting
the role of both the VSO's in this
crackpot claims factory they are all
running with 80 year old white men
who refuse to go home to their wives,
with not a law degree in their background
among them.

Also it's time to examine the wholly
DUPED Court of Veterans Appeals, where
the heart of the VA suck-factory sits
under the faker and displaced loyalty
scheme of William Greene, the chief
judge of the court.

We are all coming into the CVA with
a heaping pile of trashed and falsified
comp claims on our backs and the
CVA has no plan in place to either
make sure that we all get lawyers
or to even make a blanket ruling that
would provide all of us with some
kind of immediate and yet common
relief for the disaster.

When digging into the smaller details
of what has happened as a result of
the New York City debacle, let's first
point blame to the Idiot Circus at
the VSO operations who for many years
now, 5 years that I can show on paper,
were FORCING resentful and
objecting Veterans to "Process" these
fake and phoney ruling papers that
were all coming by the heap load out
of that VARO.

Then after they are forced with kicking
feet and screaming voices to process
the pile of crap, they were then jerked
around X 2 at the BVA who was also
up to it's eyeballs in rubberstamping
just about everything coming it's way
in favor of the VA and adding an extra
crapload on the backs of legitimate
disability cases.

Then after that royal kick in the pants,
then it's enter X 3 the Court of Veterans
Appeals which has been treating all of
these trashed cases as if they were
all perfectly "legitimate" and then
ruling AGAINST the Veterans, most
frequently Remanding the junk piles
actually back into the hands of the
very same VARO New York City operation
that trashed the Veterans case in
the first place.

If this doesn't sound to you like
a pinball machine ride to hell then
I just don't know what does.

The truth is the Court of Veterans
Appeals has been one incompetent jerkaround
operation no better than anything at
all coming out of VA New York City.

With their crackpot scheme of using
the case citations of OTHER Veterans
against the medical patients, more
often than not those case citations
are not even CLOSE to being of any
like kind between one single case
and then another.

If you consider from a rational position
for just one minute, the VA has long
been denying cases which are almost
solely premised upon surgery records
AND original military hospital records.
Hey let me tell ya, if you cannot or will
not issue a disability rating based on
just those 2 things alone then there
is something very seriously wrong with
your dumb ass that suggests that you
need to ditch the black robe real fast
and find a new way to make a living.

But yes, the VA has been doing this,
remanding, and yet remanding again for
MORE evidence, yet more, yet more,
and even more. Get a statement from
your dead grandmother from her grave
with an original fingerprint from her
coffin to seal it. Go ask buddies who
can't even remember their own names
from one day to the next to vouch
for YOUR sickness or injury that you
held private while you were on active
duty under your lawful protected privacy
rights. Go get a taxi driver to lie
with the payment of bribes so he will
come and testify at the VA and say
Yes, he drove you to the Army hospital
while you puked all the way through
the trip in his back seat.

Go here, go there, get this, get that
Holy Shit when does it ever END ??

The truth is the Court of Veterans Appeals
has turned into the same exact Moron
Circus that the VA itself has turned
into. They can no longer accept at face
value, the plain and simple truth of
a few basic sheets of paper showing
that first, you had medical incidents
taking place while on active duty,
which was then later on followed up
by VA surgeries and final diagnosis.

But n-o-o-o-o, that would be just too
too too too too too dam easy and holy
crap, WHO can possibly make a lifelong
CAREER on just THAT alone?

William Greene needs to grow a brain
and to start focusing on the basics
and applying "rational weight" to
evidence papers. In a jerkoff conversation
that I had recently with Ron Abrams
of the faker operation known as National
Veterans Legal Services Project, this
schizophrenic Motor Mouth was touting
all over the place that ".....a case had
to be ripe...." for adjudication.

Like Veterans trapped in the entire
god dam system for 30 years and 40
years while holding Army Hospital records
and VA surgery records and official diagnosis
is somehow not enough, and now we have
this other asshole sitting on the sidelines
waiting for the case to become "ripe"
like it's a freaking BANANA!!

What you are looking at here is how
a Testosterone Factory forms when it is
almost exclusively run by MEN. It's like
a group mental illness sets in and they
all try to out-do each other to see
who can come up with the craziest scheme
of shit to hold everybody else down on
their backs like it's some kind of
Roman theater gladiator exercise!!!

Somebody just shoot me and put me outta
my misery, I say because this whole
stinking "litigating" CRAP is shit
for the birds.

There isn't a brain among any of them
who are lording over the "review" of
this process, and yet they expect YOU
the medical patient, to meet a level
of perfection that not even civilians
themselves are required to meet.

William Greene has a lot to think about
and be accountable for as the criminal
investigations continue to get larger
into the doings of VA Regional Office
in New York City. Don't rule out even
yet more firings and some kind of fallout
to occur on the backs of that other bungled
Monkey Circus, the VSO's.

Veterans from New York DO have a lot
to unite over because we were the ones
deprived of services or tortured
into submission over the falsified
pile of crap that VARO was cranking
out for fake ruling documents.

From falsified ISSUES pages to some
15 to 25 pages of faker law "theories"
thereafter, all premised on an ISSUES
page that was not even the Veterans
own to begin with.

If there was ever a more telling reason
for VSO's to be permanently REMOVED
from and forever BANNED from doing
Veterans disability claims in the future,
then it is certainly this one coming
from VARO New York City.

I hope the entire chain from top to
bottom gets their asses kick as it will
be a sweet victory for those of us
who spent the past 5 years trying to
out this Hitler-esque operation from
VA hell.

As more of the New York City debacle
comes to bear, William Greene should
seriously consider resigning as the
nations top Poverty Pimp of all times and
for ushering in entire Vet deaths without
Zero VA benefits while he sat there with
his high and mighty, case citation factory
to Nowhere, with every single one of those
time delays both wrong and false under the
pretenses of VA New York City.

If they cannot issue a disability rating
based on nothing more than Army Hospital
records and VA surgery records, then
god dam them all and let us all unite
and close every single VA Regional Office
in the country. That's my story and I'm
