One of the most bizarre
and cruel jokes that has
ever been played upon
sick, injured, and medicated
Veterans is the fake, phoney,
misread, dysfunctional, and
useless listing of Court of
Veterans Appeals (CVA)
lawyers which are posted
at their official website
at http://www.vetapp.gov or
is otherwise mailed out
in paper form to the
Veterans home.

Lucky for those of us who
enjoy OUTTING corruption
in the great national VA
monkey squad, that the CVA
does have a SEARCH function
for cases and citations which,
when in the right hands,
can expose the true and
murderous story of the hate
crimes put upon medical
patients who are hopelessly
trapped at the CVA.

For the purpose of this
BLOG, a point of focus zooms
in on their alleged lawyer
listing which is supposed
to "help" Veterans receive
licensed attorney assistance
for their SCC disability cases
entering the court.

Once you learn how to do
the searches yourself at (CVA),
then the story kinda tells
itself so you really don't need
for me to go any further.

Going into the SEARCH Cases
feature on the Home Page,
anyone can Search on such
strings as DAV
for instance, and you can pull
up all cases mentioning DAV
in the final court rulings.
DAV has not appeared in a
case since 2004, and in one
case, the National Organization
of Veterans Advocates (NOVA)
tried to rescue a bungled DAV
case only to have it dismissed
anyway even though the (NOVA)
guy was a licensed attorney of
record.

Other SEARCH variations would
be to spell out Disabled American
Veterans in full. They have
a poor history in winning cases.
Or how about using the lawyer
names on the CVA list and
see how many "NO MATCH" returns
you get.

You can sit at home to your
heart's content and load one
search after another, such as
names of the lawyers who are
on the phoney HELP list given
to Veterans, only to discover
that the lawyers are in name
only and actually do not accept
cases from Veterans especially
if the cases are complicated at
all.

In short, the Court of Veterans
Appeals is involved in a public
fraud on the disabled by carrying
an unscreened, unoversighted,
and unmanaged list of lawyers
who, on the one hand, can point
to it on their career resumes
as having the appearance of being
"charitable", and on the other
hand, never returns the phone
call of a sick veteran in need.

The lawyers who DO take
Veterans cases have a modest
criteria ---- if it involves
anything other than a 3-page
Motion to resolve, the answer
is NO !! Anybody who thought
for a minute that pro bono
lawyers, or those on the
phoney CVA list were somehow
providing " ...a vigorous
represention on behalf of the
client...." for Veterans,
really needs to put down
that substance you are smoking
because this is delusional
fiction at it's best!

Let me tell you straight up -
Veterans are NOT receiving
lawyers for court or anything
else to do with the VA !

This is the same exact fraud
syndicate which is set up in
the state Bar Associations in
their phoney BAR pro bono lists.
Just go ahead and try to get
them to take a legitimate case!
You will be flabbergasted.

The Court of Veterans Appeals
is a sham, a broken cave of
hidden horrors, and has crafted
itself over the years as a
hate-crime predator who lies
in waiting to swallow up
Veterans and their families with
fake and phoney rulings, a
systemmic deprivation of licensed
law practitioners for the sick,
and a court computer that only
publishes one side of the
disability claims story, with
nearly 80% of that side being
a falsified version of the true
case as it was submitted by
the Veteran. In short, what
you read in the meat of any
Veterans case, never happened !


Because the CVA is a fraud
scheme unto itself, it is
not in any oversight position to
screen out the great national
DAV organizational fraud that
uses other sick and disabled
private citizens as a national
law practice franchise to
then turn around and mail out
undeserving public donation
solicitations for their
do-nothing bureacracy money,
while the Veterans themselves
receive nothing but a 5-year
time delay (courtesy of DAV)
in their SCC cases after a
malpracticed DAV Rep. has had
their way with trashing the case.

News Flash: licensed lawyers
don't like to do cleanup work after
a case has been bungled by an
unlicensed law practioner such as
DAV !

Having been trapped in the
VA system for some 33 years
without any SCC benefits
even after I failed my discharge
exam and was issued a DA 664
Form, I can tell you first
hand that (CVA) not once
has ever properly phrased my
case on the VA computer; not
once has ever provided me with
a licensed lawyer; and not
once ruled on the case in the
way that I had submitted it.
The case goes in one way,
and it comes out on the
Court computer another way.

In so far as DAV goes, I
attempted to use them in
my complicated case at least
twice over the years, and
both times I had to FIRE them
in progress because they
were trashing my case every
which way. Instead of following
my instructions on how to take
the case, I got case-in-a-box-
on-autopilot from them and
was forced to shut them down
before they did me anymore
REAL damage !!!

I received one licensed lawyer
from (NOVA) who then never worked
on my case and I had to fire her.

All of you who have not been
up on the latest doings inside
the Court of Veterans Appeals --
hey, you all need to take note.
Sick Veterans with LEGITIMATE
VA disability cases are NOT
receiving competent, qualified,
and oversighted licensed law
practitioners and DAV is the
biggest display of malpractice
known to Vetkind everywhere!

The SEARCH function on the
(CVA) website doesn't lie.
Sick Veterans are going it
alone and are getting ripped
off by the minute as I sit
here and inform you in this
Blog.

Veterans everywhere need to
come into this (CVA) arena
and demand hand-to-hand approach
in making absolutely certain
that all Veterans coming into
this Court Communism arena
do receive a licensed law
practitioner of the pro bono
variety, regardless of whether
or not that Veteran is receiving
SSD. The Legal Aid Society has
them locked out by income so
this Court murder factory
absolutely has to be intervened
upon by all of us in some
kind of a way. They wouldn't
do this in Israel, so why are
they doing it HERE ??

GEE !! I wonder what it
would have been like to live
in America under Ho Chi Minh ???
I'm so glad that us Veterans
are in such an "American"
institution!
