Having been victimized at every turn by this
VA system pretty much since I arrived in it,
you can just about imagine how ballistic I
was to receive a 26 page falsified document
in the mail authored by BVA Judge Barbara Copeland in 1999.

Consider this: the phoney 1999 Remand Order
that she put out on the VA computer system
is still sitting there to this day unresolved.
Furthermore, some 18 Motions that I filed to
fix the mess continue to this minute to
sit inside my C-File box which VARO-NYC only
recently acknowledged, perhaps by mistake,
that the Motions were unprocessed and addressed to the BVA.

Barbara Copeland is the BVA's biggest
nightmare, phoney, lazy, dumb, dysfunctional loser of a black robe who needs to go back where she came from or otherwise report to her cell at Riker's Island and be done with it because what she is doing to veterans claims
is a hate-crime and nothing less.

The short version of what she did to me was
to issue a bogus and phoney Remand Order
back to VARO further obtain (1) documents
which have already been repeatedly given to
her (2) reports from doctors who are known
to be dead such as my pediatrician (3) medical files from places where I have never before been treated at (she misread a correspondence from a VAMC Surgeon who resigned her post and relocated to another part of the state)
(4) and for files from hospitals who have already verified by FOIA that they have destroyed old records from the requested time period.

One of the big problems with Barbara Copeland
is that she is dumber than a doornail, and
judging by the comments that she made about
my military service through the wholly unnecessary 26 page phoney ruling, she also
harbors a slight psychopathic feeling for
those who are in the military.

My security clearance papers were sneered
at, all of my evidence documents were
rewritten by her into something else, my VA
mandated Comp & Pen exam was rewritten into a "General Medical Exam" (Comp & Pen was favorable to me), and my DA 664 Form that
was Army issued when I failed my discharge
exam was all but left by the wayside. My Army
Hospital Records were acknowledged in the narrative but then dismissed as irrelevant
(if Army Hospital records are not use to
show service connection, then what the
hell is ??)

Perhaps the most stunning display of stupidity
in the falsified document by Barbara Copeland
is that she never bothered herself to explain
how it could be that I could be in the VAMC
system continuously for some 33 years, have
the worlds biggest pharmacy trail from there
that you would ever want to see, and continue
being treated there this day, and yet somehow
she mysteriously concludes that I am not
service-connected in my disability claim. I
would like to know, under what rational thought
can this possibly be ??

In other pleadings in other courts where I
have had to reference this phoney pile of
bull that she has put out on the VA computer,
I have blatantly described it to other judges
as the "ruling which has all the appearances
of a Heroin addict trying to practice law".

I can think of no better way to describe
this bunko Remand Order that she has written.

Even more stunning, consider the fact that
I represent court cases before Albany City
Court here on behalf of the Homeowners Association which I am a Board member of,
and you can start to understand here just how
much I really do know about bunko, phoney,
falsified VA claims papers coming from
Psychopath Copeland at the BVA.

Somewhere my whole life has been rewritten
by Barbara Copeland into some other definition
which is in no way reflective of who I am.
She has taken claims document falsification
into a whole other level which I like to
now call Identity Theft. She has artificially
created a whole other 3rd person into my
SCC proceeding who does not even exist. When
I receive these bunko papers in the mail,
I look all around my condo to see if someone
else is living with me who should actually
be reading the mail that I just opened.

For the claim that was put before Barbara
Copeland, an easy 5 pages or less would have
been sufficient. But I have found over time
that the reason why unprosecuted criminals
like Barbara Copeland likes to indulge for
some 26 pages of phoneyness even when it is
unnecessary, is because by reason of the
mere volume of the document, people are inclined to believe that her position is
"real" or "legitimate". Who after all, would
sit and write 26 pages of Blah, Blah, Blah
and not have one single page of it be true ??

The answer in this is that the 26 pages
serves no purpose whatsoever, but is instead
part of the cover-up and shield that she
puts out in hopes that nobody will sit
down and read such a massive undertaking
and find out that not a single paragraph
goes undoctored and unfalsified. From Page 1
to Page 26, it is a fit of schizophrenia
and a personal outpouring of delusions
solely belonging to Barbara Copeland and
nobody else.

I have now been able to get federal investigators to review her entire action
on the falsification of this document,
after trying repeatedly to get law enforcement
to take my criminal case since the year
1991. It's going to take time for investigators
because she wrote volumes of pages which
are all torpedoed by the truth of what
was actually filed by me, all of which
is buried in a huge and disshevled C-File.

To the extent that anyone else can get a
prosecution investigation going against
Barbara Copeland, then contact me by all
means and perhaps we can jointly go after
her bungling, incompetent, malpracticed,
psychopathic, and criminally perpetrative
joke of job.

Her firing could not happen fast enough
for me personally. Hopefully they will
have a straight-jacket for her ready
when they do.
