I have learned from having my own case
at the CVA in Washington DC, that the
docket clerks are now telling newly entered
veteran appellants that they have a 1 year
waiting period on court rulings.

This after my own case was tied up for
an entire 1 year as of this month for
2 lousy Motions which are on the table
and that does not even cover whether I
will or will not be able to proceed on
appeal and tell my story of why I am
there in the first place.

The information has been passed to the
House Veterans Affairs Committee, so yes
they do know but don't look for them to
do anything to fix it.

They give you a lousy 90 days to move
your appeal into the court from the
Board of Veterans Appeals, and then they
turn around and hold the dam thing up
for an entire 1 YEAR!! while they make
a ruling on the startup motions for the
docket. Go Figure!
