It can be said right now that the only
bullet that we were able to dodge in
this newest public flub of a VA Secretary
nomination is we managed to keep it out
of the hands of medical patients who
are even more impaired than the rest
of us are. It's a small victory, given
what lies ahead, but still worth noting.

This was going to be even far worse
than anybody even knows if the slot was
handed over either to an active duty
type or a mobility impaired type.

Everything about this nomination in the
hereafter, however, is just one big
broken record still playing the same
ole song that we have been caught
up in for decades, with no change
at all and heavily rooted in a misconception
that any old Johnny War Medals can
step into the VA agency's top job,
with ZERO medical college degree
and ZERO experience running either
a national hospital or disability
system, and then STILL be of the
mental psychotic delusion that such
a nominee will actually be successful
in fixing all the small-detail woes
and corruption that literally rules
the system.

Smoke on, I say, because a lot of you
are real dreamers of the Third Kind.

The press are also enablers in this
crisis where they keep spitting out
one fake nominee headline after another,
never backing up and taking accountability
for the all-wrong, and totally off-target
PAST headlines they had put out on
PAST Secretary nominees who proved
themselves to be liars, fakers, boneheads,
cheaters, self absorbed, and coulda
cared less about the common Veteran
trapped in the system.

Just like the current VA Secretary,
Dr. James Peake who is also a transplant
from the Rumsfeld administration, and
a carryover from the Walter Reed
debacle, and who also served in the
Vietnam War, Eric Shinseki is making
his rounds with his misapplied, but
self touting Blah Blah Blah about
how he faced down DOD's top civilians
and told them the truth about the need
for a troop surge.

Tuck your testosterone back in your
pockets, I say because in the West
Point academy, this is exactly what
cadets are schooled to do, to be able
to accurately math out troop estimates
for any given mission. So the question
becomes: What the HELL does that
have to do with the VA or how the VA
operates {I would love to know)??

It has nothing at all to do with
anything. Shinseki's former job was
Army Chief of Staff, and HELLO! that
is NOT!a cabinet
post just in case you all didn't catch
that. In a cabinet post, the rules
of engagement completely changes.

As VA Secretary, by law, the Cabinet
post serves "at the pleasure of the
president
and while all of the
faker headlines flooding the news right
now seems to contradict the idea that
Barack Obama chose this unqualified
Buffoon to Nowhere because he is a
standup guy, but by the very statutes
controlling his new job he is actually
required to "gratify" the president
and be measured on that very scale
for success or failure.

Like his Motor Mouthed predecessor
James Peake, he will soon find out
just how much he is sticking his proverbial
foot in his mouth as he fakes and grandstands
his way through Senate confirmation
hearings up until he is actually seated
in the VA office and looks around and
finds out what the job really is.
On that note, I predict, he will go
running for the nearest VA closet to hide
in until it's all over, the same way
James Peake has done since he took
office one year ago last January.

The Army runs on "martial law" just in case
you LunkHeads have forgotten that. It's
whole universe rotates on blind obedience,
no questions asked, and it's a relatively
santized environment where all of the
people are themselves "standardized" in
that everyone comes from the same
military schools, holds the same military
ranking system, and works at the same
level of competency and (also) mental
dependancy on the system itself to spoon
feed instruction, training, and supervision
to all from top to bottom.

In the real world at the VA, however,
no such sanitizing exists. There is NO
"martial law" at the VA, and it is skewed
through the middle from an attached
claims court system which is NOT
a real constitutional court, but instead,
a ridiculous self serving HYBRID born
out of "administrative" agency law.
The rights of medical patients are nowhere
in the mix.

So while it's easy to step in front
of a news media spotlight with reporters
themselves not really knowing any better
than Donald Rumsfeld did back in the day,
keep in mind that they ALL do this
up until that very Oh Shit! moment
comes along and we've seen it all before
in every one of them, and it has become
the writing on the wall that most of
us look for in the incompetent types
as key indicators to predict the Doom
and deluge of scandals which are sure
to follow.

Anybody who tries to tell you that
a person with no medical background
or experience whatsoever, can be
transplanted from active duty Army
into the VA national hospital system
and STILL make a go of it to the
satisfaction of the Veteran crime
victims who are still trapped in the
systme, is really shitting in their
hat and whistling "Dixie" at the same
time. It ain't gonna happen so
get used to the idea right now.

While they ALL tout how much they
care about the Bum-Nation which is
taking over our veterans population,
by them putting this at the front,
it only tells us they are Parrot Heading
all of their predecessors and really
don't know at all, what to talk about
or what to focus upon REALLY inside
the broken VA system.

Now tell me, is Eric Shinseki going to
sit down and read from cover to cover
the published book report to Congress
written by the Institute of Medicine
on the VA's failed and mismanaged
"Presumptive Decision-making" for Veterans,
and even if he does, will he actually
comprehend it without the benefit of
ever sitting in on the 2 years of public
hearings like the rest of us did???
I think he will pass that one on by,
and that will be for sure, his very
first mistake on top of a long list
of other predictables just like it.

We have a real problem out here with
Idiot Factories of entire gullable types
who actually believes that VA Secretary's
can be nothing more than a bunch of
Johnny War Medals and on that qualification
alone, can pull the VA out of the corruption
and incompetence sewers it has been stuck
in for entire decades.

Get over yourselves, I say, because you
are functioning at the level of a heroin
addict if you are one of them.

Eric Shinseki brings nothing to the table
at all at the VA other than a Little Tin
Soldier past, a lot of BlowHard in front
of news cameras, a scripted line of bull
to carry into microphones that we've all
heard before, and a predictable run and
hide behind the Office of General Counsel
after he actually takes office, probably
never to be heard from again until the
next national VA scandal breaks and we
are given the go ahead to call for his
firing. He is a continuation of the tried
and proven failure pattern of thinking
at the VA, and the misapplied idea that
any old Johnny War Medals can take the
seat and actually do the job the way
it should be done in service to Veterans
who are crime victims of the past.

It is a continuation of MASKING the
real reasons why they are making
these DOD choices to laterally move
into the VA one incompetent at a time,
and that is to conceal the fact that
the VA is an all out workplace dumping
ground for maladjusted military retirees
who refuse to go home to their wives
and also refuse to take on REAL jobs
in the private sector world. These
maladjusted types are looking for
insulated fiction worlds where they
can continue to live out their delusions
that the military sanitized way of life
is actually legitimate on it's own,
outside of the service of specialized
missions, which it isn't.

It is this "dumping ground" mentality
that each new presidential administration
brings it, to move the maladjusted
Johnny War Medals from over there, to
over here, and to give them a place
where the overall workforce, not necessarily
from military service itself, will stand
around and let these unqualified types
be forced upon them with a degree of
"tolerance" without all quitting their
jobs at the VA at the very same moment
in time.

That is what this whole thing is REALLY
about, to mask a dumping ground
for maladjusted types who don't have
what it takes, exactly, to move on
into the real world like the rest of us
have done. So in a weird and perverted
way, the maladjusted becomes the role
model for a preyed upon patient population
to somehow make sense of.

It's another sad day at the VA with yet
another disconnected and delusional "trainee"
heading into the job. When the shell shock
wears off that he is no longer under
the protections of "martial law" and when
he gets a load of the hostile, volatile,
and adverse environments of the VA labor
union and employees who don't exactly
suscribe to his delusional, although noble,
idea of a perfectly saluting and "obedient"
world, we can all look for him to recoil
and then buckle under the realities
that he is in for, just like all the rest.
Just like the broken record that plays
and plays and plays and plays and plays
the same part of the song over and over
again until somebody comes along and moves
the needle on the record-player.

There is no comparison at all between
using West Point academy schooling to
forge out accurate troop estimates needed
for a battle mission, and running the
VA agency with its 50 states of VA hospitals
and nearly as many Regional Offices
who are trashing, blocking, and shredding
cases faster than Veterans can reload
them. There is no likeness at all between
those 2 scenarios, and the reality is,
West Point academy makes no preparations
at all in their academics for future
VA Secretarys.

Well Done!
But Shinseki must be the right man for the job,the VVA just sent me an email alert praising him to the high heaven. I replied by asking the them just wha the f---k they were smoking and buy me a dime bag. No reply as of yet.
On a more serious note though, the DOD interface of Shinseki into the VA system can bode no good. He sits on the board of two areospace corps., Honeywell being one that is looking to expand it's contract base into IT Healthcare as best as I figure it. Which is probably why Buyer is hawking the Republican line about keeping Peake on board, can you say Cash Cow ?
They may well be trying to get some of that IT database money that is hoarded by QTC Management and PerotSystems.
