The double whammy of having 2 different
Commissions with 2 different jurisdictions delivering 2 different renditions of solutions for the national VA PTSD treatment and compensation controversy has in some ways, both solved and confused the issue in a couple of different areas. And while some Faker Slobs on the Internet, mostly of the womens variety have embarked on a personal hate campaign against me personally on this internet, I thought I would take a moment to clear the record both on the PTSD issue and the Faker Slobs who are spreading all the disinformation once and for all. For those who really do give a Rats Ass about this subject....... It has been known for many months now, that the Veterans Disability Benefits Commission would be ushering in a new PTSD era both in treatment and compensation. I have written dated Blogs throughout this Forum as that issue was discussed at the many public hearings the Commission held. The pivotal event was the site visit tour the Commission made both in August, Georgia and Fort Gordon, GA where returning troops from Iraq were recovering in specialized clinics. These recovering troops were surveyed and studied and were tested in newly designed facilities. The VDBC Commission visited these troops in person, and didn't just stand around rummaging over the data they had produced. They wanted to meet those cases in person and talk to them in the moment. When the Commission returned from that trip, they had been set in a new direction on the entire PTSD issue and there was nobody who was going to detract them from what they had already decided stemming from that trip to Georgia. Thereafter, we were all introduced to The Georgia Model. What was seen throughout the House and Senate hearings as the VDBC Commission submitted their reports, was that the Dole-Shalala Commission, also now feeds upon that same date, and The Georgia Model is loosely now referenced in their official presentations simply as Augusta i.e. "what we saw in Augusta..." or "the Augusta matter..." etc. For those who were stationed at Fort Gordon you already know this ---- Augusta is the nearby military town where everybody goes out on leave or pass. So Augusta is somewhat synonymous with Fort Gordon. There is absolutely nothing wrong with The Georgia Model, as it really does sort out the men from the boys in this entire PTSD issue. The new model calls for an entire package of changes, all of which are endorsed by the Institute of Medicine who are also lending their forces to the strategies of the model. It is truly a holistic approach, and it should be hailed by REAL Veterans everywhere as the very next Era of PTSD advancements and recovery. There has always been a dark side to this whole PTSD arena in our community, however, and a lot of us have never openly talked about that dark side. I do, and it is but for that reason, that I have been targetted by the personal hate campaign of a few psychotic slobs and nut jobs who are first incredibly illiterate, and secondly, are out to sabotage and destroy both the advancements that have been and shall be made under The Georgia Model and to somehow link my own personal name as a national Activist to this whole thing. I don't have a lot of time to devote to assholes out of control, or anything going on at the personal level, because those who know me the best also know that I am advocated time and again day in and day out, for fair and equal applications of the VA law and all that it holds for all Veterans everywhere. At no time have I ever advocated for "exclusive" benefits not by race, not by religion, not by gender or anything else. Also, social misfits and illiterate psychotic cases DO in all ways confuse my role as a Chat Blog writer and an Army veteran in the know, who is incredibly active inside of legitimate legislative PROCESS, as someone who is also not entitled to her own standing and writings on what is known and what is not known. If you STILL give a Rats Ass about all this, then I will continue with my clarity statement. I embrace and welcome the new Georgia Model of PTSD treatment and recovery. If you have a problem with that, then Geez -- DUH !! find a way to get over it. The Georgia Model involves an entire package of things to form an all new "system", and the troops themselves have spoken on it and said it works. I believe them, and for that alone, I say Here!! Here! the day we have been waiting for has finally arrived. Newly designed facilities exclusively for PTSD patients; specialized grouping quarters with combined therapies; a new diagnostic profile -- certain to come out in the all new DSM-7 under the coordinated effort of the Institute of Medicine. New medications still in clinical trials but certain to be released over the next 5 years. And new compensation and support systems, although the details on that are still in debate between the 2 Commissions, but either way, SOMETHING will be coming in the form of increased pay scales, treatment in VAMC clinics, return to work programs, and life and family care support systems. While the schizophrenic FOOLS who are on the Internet want you to believe something else about The Georgia Model, this is the truth about the program. NEWS FLASH: ha ha I am NOT the cause of The Georgia Model nor did I have any say in designing it !!! In fact, PTSD was never my national issue nor did I ever advocate on the issue other than to enter a couple of comments during my many, many floor speeches at the Commission. I griped that PTSD was constantly hijacking all the national debate on Veterans while the other pressing crisis at hand, such as the claims backlog, was crowded out over PTSD. This is true, sorry if ya don't like my complaint. Second, I did make a handful of significant entries to the Commission to beef up identification criterias because on the Internet, we were running into a HUGE amount of FRAUD CASES !! Yes, this is who they are, and they largely sit in the womens arena and not exactly the mens --- but this is not to say we didn't find men out there either who were raising some red flags. The entire PTSD crowd, when in discussion, really does have to be sorted out into small sub-categories. Not every single case is a true and legitimate case. I have never said at any time that there is no such thing as PTSD but what has been widely widely known for a very long time is 2 things. Civilians get PTSD and recover and go back to work. AND There have been thousands upon thousands of us who came through military service, bad events and all, who never became lifelong cripples needing 24 hour supervision. What The Georgia Model came upon is that pure PTSD is fully curable, and that PTSD mixed with Schizophrenia and Bi-Polar and other severe ORGANIC diseases, are to be called "something else", according to General Terry Scott of the VDBC Commission, and that is what has to be straighted out at the DSM-7 level via the Institute of Medicine. The psychotic slobs who have sought to demonizing me personally on the internet are a crowd of fakers, phonies, and people who already had problems on board at the time they entered the military, perhaps should not have even been allowed into the military, and then want to somehow portray themselves as Valor Cases to the rest of us, thinking of course that nobody will think to question any of them. Not one of them has been stationed in a combat zone. So, does THIS get your attention?? Their other claims to fame for PTSD is to advance the idea that literally every single man they came in contact with on a military base was also the rapist from Hell and raped each and every one of them. This is until you ask them for evidence. Then just sit back and wait for all the EXCUSES to come rolling in. Oh, I was raped by my Commanding Officer, YEAH RIGHT !!! Oh, I was raped by the Military Police, YEAH RIGHT !!! And where Oh where were all of us GIRLS standing when all of this was done, I would LOVE for somebody to tell me ?? Ya see the problem here, is that women were under women commanders during the years of the Womens Army Corps. And women have held prominent jobs inside the Military Police as far back as the 1960's and at least since I myself was personally in the Army. I had a roommate who was in the Military Police so cut me some slack here, I do know a thing or to. Short of standing buck naked in the woods with a sign around your neck that says: "come and get me", I honestly don't know where all of these fakers got raped, but it was nowhere at all inside our womens circles or we would have known all about it. I'm not saying here not one single woman wasn't raped in service. I am saying that not by the hundreds and not by the thousands either did this EVER happen. But let's stand back and see who all the fakers are. Now about the EVIDENCE: In case you all didn't know this, combat guys have to stand on their heads to produce incident evidence to get a rating of PTSD but faker women have to produce almost no evidence at all to get the same PTSD rating for so called "military sexual trauma". So it stands to reason to all of you, that the fakers and the phoneys are all hiding under the ROCK of MST caused PTSD since they don't have the same evidence standard to yield under. Now on the Jewish case that I lambasted, let's get some facts out. The guy was a personal friend who I knew for years and years. He was a slacker in all ways of his life, but a good guy and a lot of fun. There are people like that so get over it. He was never stationed in a combat zone. He smoked and grew his own marijuanna and I was not amused. To that end, that was the only thing wrong with him. But he had been stationed inside of a military jail as some kind of CLERK, he had entered the milatary from a juvenile detention facility and even had one bad discharge under his belt and then somehow went back into the military under another branch of service. Now in his older years, he sits every waking day in a chair watching TV and smoking his every breath with cigars. He obsesses every waking minute over the fact he is Jewish. He has a bad diet that would kill a horse which is cultural to that faith. For all of these, he managed to get another Jewish VA doctor to phoney up his papers, and they guy walked away with nearly a quarter million dollars in VA backpay, which is all-Jewish lawyer got $40,000 of, and for this he expects me to sit silent on the whole mess. The rest of his entire family lives like he does. So what do ya want me to say about all this. I am not amused. Now let's me rake into these women slobs who are attacking me on the Internet. Many of the hate comments are posted at a website called Gray And Gay. Does this speak for itself or WHAT ?? They showed up to the final goodbye session of the Veterans Commission over a period of 2 days. That session was only and exclusively an EDITING session for the Report to Congress. It was NOT a public business session. They didn't know and showed up looking like a bunch of misfits from nowhere, and were made they were locked out of the hearings. Not MY problem for sure. The rest of us all knew it was going to be an editing session. They then blamed me personally for that. This is Bi-Polar and Schizophrenia cases do, Folks, so this is why I am explaining it to you. On Day 1, they sat in the back of the room dressed like a bunch of men. Nobody knew who they were, and they were NOT with me or a part of my stakeholders representation. On Day 2, they were all dressed like a bunch of clowns in some kind of a DAV getup or something of the like, and that wasn't any better than Day 1. They took a photo of themselves on Day 2, and then posted my comments from Day 1. This is classic of the deception and phoneyness that they like to stage on this internet. Under the PTSD guidelines, fraud cases will be more likely to stick out like sore thumb to examining officials. This Whacko Squad on the Internet is totally mad about this point, because their Goofball charades will be brought to a decisive END. Pardon me for NOT shedding a tear. There is a wonderful running article series about TRUE and LEGITIMATE PTSD cases sitting on website for the www.WasingtonPost.com I tell everyone to go there and LISTEN to the audio recording made by returning Iraq soldiers because it really does make the clear and running distinction between what real PTSD cases are, and what the fakers are. Right now, there is an entire legion of fakers and phonies sitting on this internet who VAMC investigators really do have to re-investigate. The mere exposure to death is no longer enough: Just ask yourself what happens to these liars when a family relative dies and they all have to go to the family wake and funeral. That is NOT PTSD it is normal human grief and we really do have to start sorting out what is what inside of our own community. People who already had Schizophrenia on board at the time they entered the military, give me a freaking break -- they are NOT Valor Cases nor do they deserve our pity recognition as PTSD cases. People who came in on Moral Waivers, give me a break. People who want to sit around all day obsessing over being Jewish, get up out of the chair, exercise, and EAT VEGETABLES for crying out loud. It is NOT PTSD. Classic nut jobs having almost nothing at all to do with military service, are looking to set up house as a Valor identity because this the only recognition they will ever get in life from other people while at the same time, being lazy slobs, social misfits, and lying fools who can just plain screw up their own lives and are looking for somebody else to blame. Now, I hope I have put these lunatic and incompetent assholes to rest. When you see all of their illiteracy displays on the Internet now, I hope I have added all new meaning and clarification about who they are, what their motives are, and what it is they really do stand for. Slobs, nut cases, personal hate campaigns, and most of all, ILLITERATES who can't read and write. I may never take this much time again explaining away the diatribes of a small group of mental illness people who are jealous of the advocacy victories I have scored in Washington in past months, which is now receiving national acclaim. They wanted to be in my shoes and couldn't be, so an Internet hate campaign is all they could of think of to do to find another way to achieve self imporance not otherwise available to them. I for one, will keep doing what I'm doing to the advancement of ALL special interest categories of Veterans, just as I have always done. And I will continue to object to and protest the fakers, the whiners, the phonies, and the liars. Sue Frasier, VEV 1970 Army Signal Corps national activist/protester staff Blogger, VFJ |
