Robert J. Dolan has been the Claims Adjudicator
for the entire New York State region for decades
and has set up a full blown falsified document
unit. While several untrained employees miander
around the SCC unit under Dolan's watch, each
and every one of them signs or rubber stamps
their names as Robert J. Dolan. As you can guess, I have a wonderful collection of about
100 variations of Robert J. Dolans signatures
spanning the 33 years that I have been trapped
inside the VA SCC disability system. How to
prosecute the asshole remains to be seen.

much as to give him Supervisory direction.
This leaves the almighty Tort Claim option
at U.S. District Court NYC and who has the
Amtrak money to go back and forth down there ??
Robert J. Dolan ranks number in outpatient
patient abuse and neither the FBI Albany,
U.S. Attorney Albany, nor the VA I.G. will
do anything about him. He is an illiterate
nut job for sure and firing would be too kind.
Consider my Nam-Vet Steve who stepped on a
landmine and has permanenet foot and leg
damage and even married a Nam Nurse !! Under
Dolan's Monkey Squad, poor Steve spent the
next 15 years of his life fighting the VARO
for his SCC benefits, and lost his wife in
the process. Permanently burned forever, he
now lives his remaining days as a cook and
landscaper at a Vets Housing facility here
in Albany. I am one of the few women who can
approach him and get a decent conversation out
of him. The only thing that Robert J. Dolan
will get out of me is a free jail cell at
Riker's Island !! Number 1 ranking as the
VA Official who Betrays Veterans !!!
