I received in 11-2004, a VAIG'S Report on a complaint I filed. Highlights; erroneous claim for frostbite removed as veteran Crosby did not open claim for frostbite, photo's of tumor were in VA claims folder ! Well duh, I submitted said photo's given by surgeon, Dr. Evans, who, "...did not want to get involved ". The MANAGER of the Ft. Harrison, Mt. VA Regional Office was transfered to KENTUCKY !! No punishment ! This same criminal destroyed a legal transcript submitted to COVA from BVA, thats 5 years in jail for that act alone.

Been there, done that ! Filed complaint with FBI, have also tried to appear before Federal Grand Jury, blocked ! Where in our justice system is an Honest employee ????

Normally the VA Inspector Generals Office will not take complaints on claims. Because of the
outcome you had on this, I recommend going
to your nearest U.S. Attorney's Office at the
Dept. of Justice, insist that somebody come
out and meet with you, then show them your
papers and tell them that you want to file a
law complaint. They might give you excuses,
but keep at it and tell them you've got a
case and you need to know where to report it.
