Apparently as a former VA attorney in the
Freedom Of Information Act Unit, and gaining
experience at harrassing sick and disabled
veterans on petty rejections of FOIA's for the sick and depraved personal gratification of lawfully engaging in patient abuse, VACO's Inspector General Joseph Vallowe has emerged as Tim McLain's partner in crime at the Office of General Counsel. He refuses at every turn to
launch an investigation into the document
falsification that VARO's Offices have engaged
in for decades, and hands out a long, long
list of EXCUSES to veterans whenever we try
to report the hate-crimes on paper that are
going on in the SCC offices. The whole problem
with his Whiner's List of rejections that he hands out is ....
that none of the excuses have any federal law
backing them up !!

The Inspector General's formation laws under the U.S. Department of Justice, was created specifically to be the "independent"
investigative arm overseeing corruption in the
agencies, largely stemming from Nixon years
and WaterGate.

But here we have the VA IG operating as an excuse factory for the OGC's Office, or shall
I say "providing legal representation" for
the Office of General Counsel, and sick and disabled veterans everywhere cannot get past Vallowe's Whiner List for any reason.

Consider THIS bungle at VAMC - Albany, NY
===== 5 veterans were murdered by a guy
posing as a doctor in a cancer research program
who then falsified the patient papers of the
Veterans and entered them into a clinical
drug study. Within days, the Vets were all dead.
2 VA Pharmacists had tried to intervene on the
lethal doses of the cancer drugs, and instead
of being praised for their vigilant professionalism, they were both fired !!
(let's hear it for the VA protecting health
and well being of patients everywhere)

Pissed off, they filed complaints at the VA Inspector General's Office and made several trips to the Albany FBI Office. Both offices rebuffed the 2 fired pharmacists. It was only after they and their families were unusually successful in getting local TV news coverage to blow open the story, did Joseph Vallowe and his sicko Monkey Squad at the VACO IG Office finally kick into gear to launch a full investigation, as did eventually, the FBI.

Incredibly, the VA doc pleaded GUILTY to his 41 count Grand Jury indictment back in January of this year, BUT....

of Joseph Vallowe, backed off their investigation (consisting of nothing not even
to talk to witnesses) stating that "..there
was no corruption at the VAMC regarding the
agency..." [ U.S. vs. Paul Kornak ]

Hats Off to the VA Inspector General Joseph Vallowe and his anything but "independent" attorney-nut-farm that he is operating at taxpayer expense.

We can only guess how many veterans die each year from death-by-VA-bureacracy at the hands of Vallowe and his patient abuse factory that he personally runs as if it were Michael
Jackson's own NeverLand Ranch!!
