The current VA Undersecretary
for Benefits has been reconfirmed
for a second 4-year term by
the Senate recently, and I
wanted to call your attention
to it because it is yet one
more stunning example of how
the VA system uses other
military Veterans as a front
for its own dirty work.

Retired Vice Admiral Daniel
L. Cooper is the number one
guy who oversees the operations
at all VA Regional Offices
around the country where
Veterans disability claims
are routinely sabotaged,
falsified, trashed, lost,
delayed until the Veterans
death, and anything else
the Psycho-Adjudicators can
think of to ruin the lives
of honorable Veterans around
the country.

You can go to Google.com
and type in Dennis Cooper's
name, either in a text search
or in the Images section
for photos, and retrieve
his biography in a number
of different places.

He is schooled in government
administration, so it's fair
to say that he is qualified
to be a non-medical, VA
bureaucrat. The Regional Offices
are the administrative block
of the VA so it's not as if
he is running the hospital
system.

But many of you may be disillusioned
in finding out that the biggest
part of the VA disability sewer
is headed by one of our own.

This is half the battle that
many of us protesters and advocates
have been facing inside this
system is the vast lineup of
military retirees who just plain
refuse to go home and have a
good life, instead feel the need
to take jobs as the VA henchmen
to lie, cheat, steal, falsify,
and trash all the benefits
that sick, medicated, injured,
and incapacitated Veterans
are entitled to.

Since my own SCC case has been
tied up in the system under
Daniel Cooper's FIRST term
as VA Undersecretary, and I
can tell you that the processing
STILL sucks after all
these years, then the simple
fact that Cooper is a high
level military retiree has
made not one squat bit of difference
for the betterment of claims
processing to Veterans.

More often than not, people
like Cooper will blindly
rubber-stamp all that the
agency wants to do so that
they themselves can look
more important than they really
are once they become civilians.

So to have him enter this
arena for some 4 years now,
and still not show even a gigabyte
of change inside the VA Regional
Offices tells you that Admiral
Cooper has a successful agenda of
being invisible. The system sucked
before, and all this time later
under him, it still sucks.

We like to call these guys
Slackers.

Just stand around looking pretty
all day and now and then,
tell a story about the old
days, and Wow!! it's another
day of business as usual at
the VA. Who knew? What a
unique and modern concept!
Razz Razz Razz

Any one of us who is truly
in the know, and
if we came upon the same job
opportunity, the picture would
be different. We would arrive
with an M-1 in tow just
to shoot the pictures off the
walls and get everybody's
attention.

Then it would be the proverbial
Psycho-Adjudicator lineup and
inspection [Sir, yes Sir!] as
each Chicken Little got their
brass barked off of their collars.
[ can ya hear me, you weeny? ]

Then it would be indefinite KP Duty
for the judicial nut farm,
while the Cafeteria help is
relieved to go take their
places at the VARO claims
offices. Hey, do I have this
figure out or what?

There's a problem here where
Veterans of substance come
into the system and drop into
a snoring comfort zone while
the rest of the batallion
suffers in silence. We need
to study this dilemma because
it's only going to get worse
if the VA is allowed to keep
it going. We have to figure
out how to short-circuit this
mess before it grows.

But for the purpose of this
Blog, you are all now put on
official notice that the
guy at the top who is helping
them trashing your disability
claims ----- is one of US !!!

Confused Eek Eek Razz Confused
