"Tell all of your official friends, no matter who that here has been the largest PCB contamination zone in U.S. history at Anniston, Ala. where the former home of Ft. McClellan used to be and everybody in the state has been notified about it EXCEPT, Fort McClellan veterans who have returned to their home states, and you are one of those cases.

Tell them that we are not getting the cooperation of veterans organizations therefore, we are having a hard time reachin out and finding the other cases...."
