it's time that this sorry
excuse of a law degree takes
his lumps in our Vet Forum.

Yes it's true, VA's General
Counsel Tim McClain is
almost single handedly the
blame for all the woes
in the nations Veterans
disability claims.

Overseeing the VA's entity
of 400 Psycho-Lawyers
(eek, eek, eek, eek)
McClain has way too much
authority for his level
of malpractice, and the
day will not come soon
enough for those of us
who are disabled to see
this joke of a law degree
come out of the VA building
in handcuffs. Where's
Dirty Harry when ya need him?

McClain started his veterans
career in the Naval Academy
but his low IQ apparently
took a turn for the worse
along the way which prompted
him to become a JAG officer
instead of getting a REAL
job in the Navy. His story
gets worse.

Upon retiring from the military
in 1990......get a load of this...
the guy takes a job with a
law firm doing malpractice
and neglegenc DEFENSE cases.
Yup, that's right ---- the guy
is a bleeding heart for medical
butchers and the land of the
bungling and incompetent. It's
fair to say that this latest
VA Monkey Squad that McClain
sits on has apparently passed
through the Academy's obstacle
course one too many times and
got their sense of patriotic
loyalties turned around backwards.

There is no red, white, and
blue with this guy whatsoever,
and to see him on paper (and
I truly have) one might be
more inclined to give hugs
and high-fives to Nikita
Kruschev or Ho Chi Minh.

When I attended the hearings
in August at the VA Disability
Commission, one of the
protesters along with me who
took turns at the microphone
was Washington lawyer Carol
Scott who is a staffer at
the Veterans Pro Bono Consortium.

Carol ably named Tim McClain
as the legal loser of the
day who was denying Veterans
SCC claims from Special OPS
Vets of the Gulf War because
their mission papers were still
classified and poor-baby
McClain could not get the
access he needed to the
mission papers.

Yeah right you jackass, as
if THIS is the fault of sick
and injured Veterans!!

Carol was dead on to argue
this and she offered
a solution to the Commission
to, in the future, have
all Special OPS Veterans
bear a special SPN code
on their discharge paperwork
that would entitle the
Veterans to receive SCC
disability status automatically
upon application, no questions
asked.

Nobody in the room even
grunted in opposition,
and hopefully the Commission
will do the right thing.
Carol was totally clever
in her efforts.

But this really, really,
really gets down to it
about what a pile of
useless crap that Tim
McClain really is. The
VA and Congress actually
has to contemplate the
passage of a new LAW just
to overcome the Communist
damage that Tim McClain
does to the disabled.

Whoa, now THERE's a scarry
thought!

Nobody, not even the VA
agency, can apparently
bring Tim McClain under
control. Instead, we all
have to look to the passage
of a new law to overcome
the personal and civil
damages which are relentlessly
inflicted by the day upon
helpless medical patients,
to overcome the patient
abuse and malpractice nut
farm of Tim McClain.

WHEW, that is deep!!!!

Another JAG cohert in the
VA system to complete the
circle of lawyers with mental
illness is Chief Judge
William Greene of the Court
of Veterans Appeals. As
you begin to connect the
dots in this 3-ring circus
they are all running,
what comes out of it is a
bunch of losers who can't find
REAL jobs in the legal arena.

To carry Tim McClain's
Communist cycle-and-hammer
routine even further, McClain
also is sole judge and jury
in all Veterans civil Tort
claims. You will never in
your Vet lifetime ever, ever,
ever, ever see Tim McClain
actually APPROVE a federal
civil Tort claim which means
that he forces sick and
injured medical patients
who are without licensed
attornies to take on full
Court litigation on appeal
to overcome his own
illiteracy and bungling.

What a Guy!

He was appointed by another
Naval Academy loser, Anthony
Principi. We have all managed
to survive yet another
predatory joke of a VA
Secretary as HE is now
gone ---- but, hey wait a
minute--- Principi... you
forgot to take your luggage
with you!! Tim McClain is
still HERE.

What the VA likes to
do is hire bungling
morally depraved, know-nothings
like Tim McClain, and THEN,
never let onto the fact that
there is NO lawyer malpractice
statute anywhere to be found
in the entire set of VA laws.

But get the VA agency in front
of the news media and all of
a sudden their Heil Hitler song
changes to a different tune:
yes, we love, admire, and truly
do care for the Veterans and we
want the Veterans to have the
very very best in patient
care......

And if you believe THAT
one, then I have some
oceanfront property in
Arizona that I want to
talk to you about!
