UPDATE NOTE: This story has travelled
through a handful of layers of all that
is known inside the military on any
given day. It started out as a woman
Marine missing, then her own mother
outted her as a chronic "liar" in the
press, then it was determined she
was dead and the grave was found. Right
behind it we find out that the killer
is a Mexican immigrant, already married
with a wife (who has been left out to
dry in the face of police,) and has
confirmed she was at a Christmas party
the night of the killings, and that
the woman Marine was given money for
a bus ticket but then came back to
the house. The Doer is in flight back
to Mexico --- Geez didn't most of us
tell the government this would happen?

She was not only killed with a blow to her head, but her grave was used as a barbeque pit
thereafter and a video has surfaced of the guy
buying the burial stuff at Lowe's Home Improvement store.

Women come into the military with a
false sense of security, and they
also bring along the baggage of
"games" against men who are not all
that safe to begin with. She first
was raped, then had consenting sex
with this guy, and then went back
to the rape story again. This, ladies,
is a recipe for trouble if the guy
is not all that well wrapped to begin
with.

Those of us who actually did time in the
military, DO know all about these
games types, and it is very much alive
and well out here with the Feminist
Nazi's on the Internet who will have
you all believe there is a 100% raping
rate inside the military. (100% meaning
every one of them are claiming to
be rape victims even though many
have no solid paper trails of any
such thing.) This is NOT true for the
most part, since the rest of us who
served would know first and foremost
if there was a 100% raping rate at
any given time during service. These
Feminist Nazi's should be treated as
a fraud attempt for VA claims when you
come across them. It's games,
and a lotta games at that. This is
not to say there are no legitimate
rape cases in the military, but the
majority of them took their "games" to
a level that backfired in their faces
just like this woman Marine case
did, and it is here that the lessons
have to be learned by todays military
women. Nothing is safe, don't
even go there if you cannot own
up to the consequences. You are
outnumbered with his friends, and
unless you've got a wedding date
set with a sure thing, the burden
is on YOU to handle things safely
and correctly. The old days of women
dumb-assing their way through games
with military boys are pretty much
over. If ya have games on board,
do NOT enlist in the military.
It's not for you, you are the WRONG
type and should not even be allowed
past sign-up.

The Recruitment Command is now
taking in the bottom of the barrel
for the boys, it is NOT going to
change anytime soon, and on that note,
Be Warned ladies, you are on your
own while on duty. Leave the boy
games at home with your mother.

Pregnant Marine Is Dead, Comrade Sought

Pregnant Marine Is Dead, Comrade Is a Suspect

JACKSONVILLE, N.C. (AP) -- Authorities on foot and all-terrain vehicles searched a neighborhood near Camp Lejeune on Friday for a shallow grave containing the body of a pregnant Marine, and said the chief suspect in her death was a comrade she had accused of rape.

Information from another woman, a former Marine, left investigators certain that Lance Cpl. Maria Frances Lauterbach was dead, Sheriff Ed Brown said.

Lauterbach, 20, vanished three weeks ago, just before she was to testify in a military probe.

The search was focused on a wooded area not far the home of the key suspect, Cpl. Cesar Armando Laurean, 21. Megan Melton, who lives about 100 yards from the area, said dozens of vultures had descended on the area in the past few weeks.

Laurean refused to meet with investigators and apparently left the area without telling his lawyers where he was going, the sheriff said.

"They don't know where he is," Brown said. "He's gone."

Lauterbach met with military prosecutors in December to discuss pursuing rape charges against Laurean, said Kevin Marks, supervisory agent with the Naval Criminal Investigative Service at Camp Lejeune. He said military prosecutors believed they had enough evidence to argue that the case should go to trial.

In court papers filed this week, prosecutors said the anticipated birth of the baby "might provide evidentiary credence to charges she lodged with military authorities that she was sexually assaulted." Lauterbach reported the rape in April and was due to give birth in mid-February, authorities said.

Authorities said they were not concerned that Laurean would flee because they had information the pair carried on a "friendly relationship" even after she reported the assault to military authorities.

There is no indication Lauterbach asked the military to protect her after she leveled the rape allegations, investigators said.

Detectives received news of Lauterbach's death from an unidentified female witness who is a former Marine, the sheriff said.

Evidence and statements the witness provided made investigators feel certain Lauterbach was dead, Brown said.

"I had my insides knocked out with this negative information," he said. "I was about to cry."

Laurean and Lauterbach worked in the same unit as personnel clerks.

Lauterbach, originally from Dayton, Ohio, was reported missing Dec. 19 by her mother, who last spoke with her daughter on Dec. 14, authorities said. Her cell phone was found Dec. 20 near the main gate at Camp Lejeune, and she missed a Dec. 26 prenatal care appointment.

Lauterbach was assigned to the 2nd Marine Logistics Group of the II Marine Expeditionary Force, based at Camp Lejeune. She joined the Marines in June 2006, and had not been sent to either Iraq or Afghanistan.

At the Lauterbach family home in Vandalia, Ohio, a man who identified himself only as a family friend turned away reporters Friday.

The family, in a statement given to WDTN-TV of Dayton, said: "Maria has been a gift for her family and friends. Please understand that the family needs time alone to deal with this tragedy. We wish to thank everyone for their love and concern."
