Having spent some 33 years hopelessly trapped and sick inside the VA SCC disability system,
and just now getting access to federal prosecutors, I thought I would take a deep breath and share with a short list of verified techniques that are used by Psycho-Adjudicators which is a sure bet to deny your claim. Look for these elements of human torture at a VARO version of the Norman Bates Hotel near you:

** Check the Evidence List in your SOC.
If your military hospital records are missing
from the list, this is your first clue that
Alfred Hitchcock has spotted your C-number.
Falsifying the SOC Evidence List, and then
ruling against the phoney list is a common
practice. Look for the ridiculous such as
a form letter from your Congressman.

Don't be afraid to refer to that as a
Falsified Document from VA employees,
because that is what it is.


** Receive a VARO form letter in the mail
which tells you to attend your hearing
and not to worry about rules of evidence or
legal technicalities. This is your next
big clue that Freddie is at your VA doorstep.
You can be sure that the very next nightmare
on Elm Street in your mailbox will be that
your claim is Denied due to legal
technicalities and the rules of evidence not
being complied with.

** Read the narratives over and hang to every
word. Does it seem to you that the author
is actually making fun of your military
service, balking at your school records or DA
Form 20 or your Security Clearance paper?
If you start getting that sense, then it is
probably true. Adjudicators falsify your
entire identity if you let them, and they do
it one paragraph at a time, and one page at
a time until they have artificially created
a whole other 3rd person on paper that YOU
never even met!!! Yes, it's the VA's take on
Identity Theft and Who Knew ?

** Keep track as to how many times that your
C-File tours the entire United States even
more than YOU do. Moving your file around
to keep focused eyes away from it is yet
another clue that Rod Serling is about to
pay you a visit. Here is a goody --- they
adjudicated my case in Cleveland at the
same moment and time that I was at the BVA
in Washington !! Can you say
"HO Chi Minh" please?

** How many of you have had an adjudication
ruling, and didn't even know ? Sad but true.
Some 3 years later an interested lawyer went
through my box and found rulings unknown
by me, for sure. They had sent the mailings
to places where I didn't even live.

** Revisions to Comp & Pen exams on the SOC
that rewrites the doctors findings into
a General Examination. They do this as if
we somehow even have a choice on Comp &
Pen exams, and then after they put me
through it, BVA decided that it was a General
Medical Exam and that the contract doctors
did not write a report that was compliant
enough for service connection. D-U-H !!!

** The seemingly endless, relentless, and
infinite SSOC. Where do they come from does
anybody know ?? Zillions upon zillions upon
zillions, one SSOC after another and LOL!
they are all different !! How'd they do
that ? Which one to answer to --- it's like
a broken version of a baseball throwing
machine where the balls just keep coming ---
or how about a conveyor belt episode of
Lucille Ball ? Geez, it's the SSOC that
wouldn't DIE ---H-e-l-p I've been eaten by
an SSOC !!

My mailman just gives me dirty looks now.
He's a Vet too and he's not amused.



This list will get you started and probably
keep you busy for about 10 or 15 years at least and by then I will have new ones to show you.

found out today 'off the record', that my husbands medical records were deliberately destroyed. I was told to go to the congressman. I am stunned
