I am a diabetic, I was treated for months by a Dr. Pels for my normal tonail trimming. Dr. Pels over stepped his bounds when he sliced the bottom of my right foot. After months and months and Dr. Pels treating me and having my chart right in his had., introduced himself to me and my witnessess, as follows: Hello Mr A, I know I havent seen you previously and Ill be treating you today!! ?? making this short after approx. 3 months another DR did a below the knee amputation.
