Well to catch you up, Hawaii had no
Senate races going on for this past
election so that means we are working
in future mode here to get the word
out about why Daniel Akaka needs
a mental tune-up and to get out of Veterans
affairs one way or another. Voters
from Hawaii, pay attention.

The VA is in the middle of yet another
scandal meltdown, this one less publicized
largely because here in New York, the
news industry actually conspires with the
VA to keep breaking scandal stories
out of the Associated Press so that
everybody else can know what is going
on. We pick up AP stories at other VA
locations, but once crime hits our
own agency here in New York, now the
entire story is pushed back to the
B section in a small headline that
only somebody's grandmother would see.

In the midst of this newest breaking
VA scandal sits 2 compelling cases,
shredded documents which includes
evidence and application submissions
by Veterans for disability claims,
largely at Detroit, St. Louis, Waco
Texas, and St. Petersburg, Florida:
and also the firing of not one but
[b]FOUR{/b] top claims unit staff
including the Chief of the VARO
NYC Claims Unit, Joseph Collorafi.

The truth is, I personally tried
(and it's a matter of record and
official transcript) all through last
year to raise the awareness at both
the House and Senate Veterans Affairs
Committees that the document falsification
was going on here in New York. In the
meantime, Akaka and Filner both snored
through misapplied and misdefined
legislation that were off target and
does or will do ZERO to fix those thousands
who have now been found out to be
victimized criminally by the VA.

Tough shit I say: I did my best
Akaka while you piddle-assed around
with junk that we Veterans could have
cared less about while the really important
stuff was swept under the carpet.

I also sat for 2 straight years before
the Veterans Disability Benefits
Commission telling them repeatedly
that the documents were being trashed
and falsified, while everybody sat
in the room looking all stupid in the
face, including every one of the VSO's
who right at that time were forcing
Veterans who were crime victims of
this national plot to PROCESS the fake
and phoney Remand orders that were
all coming out of this hate-crime
factory.

Onward goes the snoozing and the
snoring of Daniel Akaka and Bob
Filner as Committee chairpersons.

The truth is that both of these
Committees spend all of their own
time themselves cranking out fake
and phoney webcast hearings and
as you look at those over a period
of time, what comes to bear is the
fact that both of them are too
much of a testosterone suck-up factory
to the VA. When the VA comes in,
all they have to do is sit down
and make up a story and that is just
fine, well, and good with both Filner
and Akaka.

Akaka doesn't know how to confront,
or to probe, or to investigate, and
like his mush-brained counterpart
Filner in the House, he is too, too
busy thanking everybody in the room
for their service instead of kicking
ass and collecting names.

In the one and only bill that come
out of the Senate that we were actually
interested in, S. 3023 the Veterans
Benefits Improvement Act (seen up in our Bills
Forum), they even managed to sabotage
the Vet appeal to THAT by stuffing
it with unwanted gratuitous funding
and increased staffing to the frigging
COURT of Veterans Appeals, of which
the rest of us are working to completely
shut down as an unnecessary and replaceable
process.

By the way, that Act actually started
in the House and was loosely premised
on the findings and recomendations of
the VDBC Commission just in case
ya didn't catch that. I sat through
most of those issue reviews and
entered endorsements on the recommendations.

After all of the disconnect, misfires,
and displaced loyalties to VA Court
coming from Akaka, and this includes
passing Bills that we had actually
entered Oppositions to either because
they didn't go far enough to fix
our national problems or did not address
non-combat issues for the rest of
our population, then we got to wondering
just who it is, exactly who is controlling Daniel Akaka's elections on the tiny
wonderful isle of Hawaii?

As luck will have it, yes it is posted
on the internet for the entire world
to see and guess what? Veterans
are NOT the ones controlling Akaka's
election fund, lawyers are.
My my what a big frigging surprise!
Like we didn't see THAT one coming!

So for the entirety of the last legislative
season I was sitting here grinding
away FORUM entries kicking this
Bungler Extraordinairre in the pants,
and here it all comes out that the
lawyers are the ones who are controlling
his very election campaign.

So here it is Vets, the big enchilada
that tells all and thank god for computers,
don't ya think?? Again I say to you
that those of us here at Vets for Justice
absolutely DO have our fingers on the
pulse of todays Vet issues, no matter
where it takes us.

I think you will find this LINK below
a true eye-opening experience and a
verification that this collection
of FORUM posts entered under Akaka's
name has always been right on target.

Let the voters in Hawaii get a load
of THIS, I say, and may the Veterans
of the next legislative session start
rolling up their sleeps to knock some
sense into Akaka before he gives away
the farm in our name.
