Having just returned from my March trip
to Washington DC to work on Capitol Hill
for a day, let this be the verification
that a stack of proofing papers to
support my House appearance statement
as well as the posted Court scandals listed
above, were all hand delivered to Senator
Daniel Akaka's Office as well as the
Senate Veterans Affairs Committee while
I was in town. I went there in person
and the papers were hand clock-stamped
for intake.

The deniability is now GONE for this wheel
spinning Senate operation and business
as usual there has been circumvented.

Let's just see now how long the Court
scandal on illegal Ex Parte proceedings
continues at the Court of Veterans Claims
now that this issue has essentially been
placed right into the hands of Chairman
Akaka.

Hey Daniel, how about giving us something
out here that is actually RELEVANT to the
problems we face in the broken VA claims
system ????
