| In spite of all the deceptions at trying to pass themselves off as some kind of voice for Veterans at the VDBC Commission hearings, I bring to you the photograph on the final day of the sessions of Col. Mike Parker of the Gulf War. Many of the changes which were finalized as recommendations and effecting the Dept. of Defense specifically, came from the brave and enduring outtings brought forward all over in Washington by Col. Parker. Mike doesn't need a "title" like the rest of us bullriders in Washington. He is just plain good and brings his tools of war with him, and then blows an audience away with his complicated powerpoint slides and questions of irrationality and incoherence which lurks behind the caveman halls of DOD disability systems. Col. Parker left the VSO's in his dust and not one of them could hold a candle to him. He deserves all the credit he can get, for being the one standup guy in a crowd of Do-Nothings and Sissy-Butts who were willing to wave on by the status quo. Col. Mike Parker gets a big salute from Vets for Justice and Geez, Mike, I hope I see you again out there in the trenches as we cross again in common pursuits.
