This particular Blog category of The Big 3
is going to be one of high emotions for
all of us, because in order to criticize
our own and effectively portray these
rathole operations, we may at times, have
to take down combat-injured Vets who
are in the way and "just don't get it".

Such is the case on my entry for Disabled
American Veterans, as I have personally
experienced it. So it is worth a minute
to preface this by saying that I admire
and applaud the service and contribution
that has been made by all combat veterans
no matter who they are. But the point of
these criticism Blogs is to say that there
IS, afterall, a limit to what you can
do in the face of disability, and we are
all charged with the personal responsibility
of knowing what those limits are and
working within our personal boundaries.

We do, afterall, have a mission here to
OUT the fraud, incompetence, and corruption
inside this VA system.

The DAV organization has been a useless,
dysfunctional, lazy, donation-sucking
operation that has filled my mailbox
more than I can tell you with demands
for money from me at a time when I am
impoverished, while at the same time
using my name as a Veteran to storefront
it's phoney and misapplied operations
on a national scale to an unsuspecting
public to solicit donations. The death,
damage, and destruction in the personal
lives of Veterans which has come out of the malpractice, fraud, and bungling-en-masse
that has come out of DAV, is worthy of any Congressional or FBI level investigation to shut down this great national HOAX once and
for all and be done with it.

If you as a Veteran ask the basic question
as to why you should join DAV, then the
answer pretty much comes back to you
as saying "To buy our VA-propaganda,
rubber-stamping of government magazine
and not much else". If you disagree with
the DAV Magazine, or don't want to receive
it for the pile of crap that it is, there
is no way to join and NOT receive the
magazine.

Outside of the magazine, DAV does have
a hospital VAN service which I have
attempted to use, but I now pay for a
taxi and save myself the trouble. The
DAV hospital VAN is also run by useless, illiterate, and dysfunctional types who
refuse to go home to their wives and have
a nice life. In one case, the main drivers
of the VAN service had 2 artificial legs
and the VAN itself was NOT modified
for this kind of driver. In the winter
snows of upstate New York, even the most
skilled of able-bodied drivers do have
quite a time pulling off driving the
roads of this mountain country. So when
one like me gets in a DAV car and
realizes the predicament of a legless
driver with no adaption, you can now
understand the worry and anxiety of
how such a harrowing trip to the VA
Hospital can be for Veteran passengers.

Then there is the issue of scheduling.
The DAV Van will ask you what time
your VAMC Hospital appointment is and
you say 10:15am. The VAN shows up at
your door at 10:15am with no time alotted
to cross town. When you arrive, the VA
caregivers refuse to call your case
because you are now 15 minutes late
for your appointment.

Once a Veteran is now on the national
DAV list as a member, you are then not
only bombed with useless DAV Magazines,
but you are now on the mailing list
of every credit card and advertising
list in the country. GREAT ! You not
only get your own personal junk mail
that fills up your mailbox, but now
you have DAV helping you to get even
more junk mail. Let me remind you here
that we apply to DAV because we are
impoverished and need emergency assistance
but instead we get a deluge of advertisers
trying to SELL us something to buy.

Let's talk about the DAV Claims Office
which is usually hiding inside the 4 walls
of a VA Hospital around the country.
Yeah Right !!

I have yet to find a single DAV Claims
Office that outreaches for, maintains
a ready list of, or provides to Veterans
on demand an actual licensed Lawyer to
do claims. Let all of you readers know
and understand, that DAV operates a
Veterans Disability Law Office around
the country, and there isn't a single
licensed lawyer to be given out to a
Veteran in not one of them !! HELLO, Earth
calling the Fraud Patrol !! No lawyers
working there, and no lawyers to be
provided to the Veteran.

The rippling effect of this DAV fraud
scheme is unprecedented in this country
and it goes without criminal prosecution
as I speak. All of the state lawyer Bar
Associations of each and every state,
no longer develop leads for or otherwise
encourage attornies to practice VA Law
because they are completely and totally
unaware that the DAV is on the one hand,
advertising nationally that they provide
"claims assistance" to disabled Veterans;
and then on the other hand, do NOT use
licensed Lawyers to do these claims!!!!
If we go to the Bar Associations, there
is nobody there to help us. We get
steered to DAV. Then when we tell the
Bar Association that there are no lawyers
there, they are stunned and do the
"Oh Well, not my problem".

The outcome of that is whenever individual
Veterans try to report the non-profit
fraud scheme to such sources as the State
Attorney Generals Office or the U.S. Attorneys
Office, they think that the individual
Veteran is actually making up the story.
There does not seem to be any way for
an individual veteran to launch a fraud
scheme investigation into DAV and get
the place raided and shut down. Since
they are not getting complaints from the
lawyers or Bar Association themselves,
then it must be YOU the Veteran who
is a liar!

Next, let me describe to you what we
have here in Albany, New York as the
number one DAV guy who is running the
entire Claims Office at the VA Hospital.

William Gibney, I don't doubt, is a
combat Vet. But he has had a severe,
head or neurological injury that leaves
him with the condition of shaking, quivering,
twitching, in a full body way that is
remarkably annoying when you are trying
to tell him about a deep, complex,
disability case which actually requires
the attention of a licensed attorney.
He is unfocused, jumping out of his chair,
walking all over the room, bumbling,
and fumbling. In between this he spends
his day on the phone with his wife and
family, and this is your whole Law Interview
with Bill Gibney.

When you leave the office, the next
thing that you receive in the mail
is that he has activated your case, but
a DAV Office in Washington DC is now
going through your C-File to process
your case. Well the problem here is
that I just finished spending 2 full
hours with Bill Gibney telling him
that my papers in my C-File are verifiably
falsified documents by VA employees
and I refuse to process them. For
instance, I have a BVA Remand Order
on record that is for doctors who
are known to be dead, for papers which
the BVA has already received, and for
places that I have never been treated
at. Now why in the hell would I want
to "comply" with this phoney document??

The only way to shut off the DAV in
Washington to get out of your C-File
because they are incorrectly processing
the case, is to literally FIRE DAV
on paper from your case. Now you are
back to square one.

Upon further questioning of Bill Gibney,
DSO At Large, it was learned that DAV
provides no training whatsoever to
the DSO's to tell them what to do when
a Veteran has a criminal case in their
claims processing against corrupt VA
employees. In other words what I am saying
here is that no matter how false or
corrupt a VA agency document is drafted,
DAV trains each and every DSO at their
claims office to "rubber-stamp" all
of the agency's version of the story
as TRUE !! Invariably, what comes out
of this malpractice is that a legitimate
SCC case of a Veteran who is truly sick
or injured, is forced by DAV in a cruel
and inhumane way, to "process" phoney
and falsified documents by VA employees
at VARO, (some of which are tied up in processing for years at a time), as
if they are true, real, lawfull, Law
documents putting the burden of processing
upon the sick medical patient instead
of either the VA Inspector Generals Office
or the F.B.I. !!

In so doing, by tagging on years of phoney and bogus law proceedings as the Veteran and his/her family illegally are forced through this extended process, the Veteran more often than not DIES before ever receiving the Disability benefits. Upon death, the VA Office of General Counsel, Tim McClain, will then promptly file a dismissal Motion to end all processing on the Veterans claim as it sits in cue wherever it is at the time of the Veterans
death.

Let's get real here, a Law Office is no
place for incompetent "volunteers".
DAV is an integral part of the VA
Murder-Factory Incognito. If it weren't
for this middleman fraud scheme that
DAV puts upon Veterans, in all probability
every lawyer Bar Association in the states
would likely reverse itself and start
providing licensed attornies for Veterans
Disability cases !! There you have it
and if this isn't a stunning development
and shocker for you then I don't know
what is.

The DAV does not "assist" claims, it actually
causes the premature deaths of hundreds
of waiting Veterans cued up in the system
from the strains of poverty and not receiving
their benefits in a timely way.

If you volunteer at a DAV Claims Office,
please do us a favor and go home to your
families and have a good life!!

For those of us who have been forced to
learn law practice from our sickbeds,
another outcome of the malpractice by
DAV is that several of us nationally have
come to teach ourselves VA Law Practice
actually far better than the very DAV
Claims Offices know about it themselves.
After reading several docket rulings and
cases at the Court of Veterans Appeals
website, I have found very little evidence
that DAV at any time or EVER actually
WINS a disability case on behalf of a
sick Veteran. In one trip that I made,
the DSO actually tried to recruit me
to become a DSO, and I was there to get
help.

The problem here is that DAV refuses
to acknowledge that the VA agency is
one big crime syndicate and the Claims
Officers refuse to "question" or
interrogate the motives of the VA
in the exchanges of law processing.
Instead of the sick Veteran receiving
a "vigorous" law representation by
a licensed attorney, what the Veteran
receives is a complacent, whining,
accommodating, non-rebuttal, missing
in action relentless retreat at the
VA's whims to first restart the claim
for this reason, and then restart the
claim for that reason, and then remand
the claim for another reason, then
motion denied for yet another reason
until the Veteran dies in waiting.

This is the VA's dirty national secret
and Disabled American Veterans helps
the agency keep the secret. It's a
Hitleresque Murder Factory by government
so let's start calling it what it is!!

Veterans and their families are asked
everywhere to begin the BOYCOTT on DAV.
End your memberships if you have one,
end your flow of money if you give it,
don't go there to join, unsuscribe to
their phoney magazine, don't volunteer
there, don't keep the offices running.

If you want to save Veterans lives
then you have to begin the Exodus
from there now. Close their doors and
forget about it! It's a fake, it's a trick,
it's a health hazard, it's a fraud !

Today's DAV is now using the non-profit
as a personal training ground for the
next VA Secretary's. That's right ----
top DAV Directors are being named
right and left as the next VA Secretary.

While some of you who are unaware
of the small details in this and think
that this is actually a "good" thing,
then here is your news flash--------
When you become Secretary of the VA,
you become a gratifier of the President
and NOT the needs of the Veterans !!!
Oh, you didn't know this ?? Well it's
true.

The Presidents invariably will control
the Office of General Counsel at the VA
to keep veterans disabilities payouts
LOW, so the VA Secretary is put in the
precarious predicament of serving the
President and not the Veterans.

This leads me to my final question for
you to ponder as to whether or not
the current bungling, malpractice,
uselessness, dysfunction, incompetence,
and low down non-lawyered ways of the DAV
is actually by accident or design ??
Think about it.

A better way to go in this Veterans
Claims arena is to eliminate the
fraud and incompetencies of the
bogus Big 3 groups including DAV,
and force the state lawyer Bar
Associations to serve our VA
law needs either voluntarily or
by way of new legislation. The
Veterans Party and here at Veterans
For Justice are the lead national
groups to bring about this important
social change. Support them because
their causes are all about making
this phoney and corrupt system RIGHT
again !!

There is nobody out there other
than ourselves who is going to make
this important change happen inside
of our Claims arena. We must now
individually educate the public to
stop supporting DAV as the phoney
and incompetent operation that it
has become, and a self-absorbed,
self-serving government appointee
factory that it has become.

Bring the final end to DAV once and for all.

I just got to read the bulletin on "Boycot the DAV." I being a past Commander of a local Chapter in MAINE, I found that it was not what it was suppose to be. The men in the Chapter worked their butts off to raise money for a Chapter Home and was told by the State Commander that if we did not contribute money for a VAN that the state would have the National take the money from us. We gave $10,000.00.
So after my first and only year as Commander I stepped down and said I was all done. I knew then what was happening, it was who was kissing who and dancing to the tune of the National. I wrote to get the By Laws Changed so as to have a Chapter Home but had no reply from National. That cured me of the DAV and a few others.
