In an email today on January 9,
to the House Veterans Affairs
Committee, the VA Deputy Secretary
Bill McLemore who is himself
a Veteran, and to the VA
Disability Commission, the
call has been issued to close
the doors of DAV for the charity
fraud that they are, and for
the firing of Rick Surratt of
the DAV who is sitting on the
VA Disability Commission.

The issue was prompted by the
lack of action from them on
the Fort McClellan Veterans
pcb contamination issue, and
them sitting on the national
notification to those Veterans
since the month of August.

I have also called for the
Government Accounting Office
to yank the DAV's 501c IRS
status until such time that
they start representing the
Veterans to the VA, instead
of the VA to the Veterans.

We are asking for all of
you now to join our email
drive for the firing of
Rick, the closing of the DAV
organization, and the
urgent need to do the
nationwide notification
to all Fort McClellan Veterans
who have returned back to
their home states after
serving in a pcb zone.

Your emails can be directed
to:

William.McLemore@mail.va.gov

send them relentlessly until
FEBRUARY 15.

Send one a day if you can.

The issue with the Fort McClellan
Veterans sits at the tip of
the iceberg of all other
chemical exposure groups
including Kuwait Veterans
and Vietnam Veterans who we
support in a "mutual aid"
manner as we go through our
arguments at the top.

We have to start shutting
down all the fraud schemes
and predatory, self-interested
nut farms who are sabotaging
Veterans claims and killing
Veterans by the hundreds with
their bullshit Tweedle Dee
Tweedle Dum self-interested
crap.

Rick Surratt has been a
rubber-stamper of all VA
policies on this VA Commission
and at the moment, not one
single member is a licensed
medical practitioner.

Simultaneously we are calling
for a BOYCOTT on DAV hereafter.
If you have memberships, then
cancel your magazine subscriptions
to let them know that your
exodus has begun. They are
taking your membership money
and using it to finance their
own careers in front of the
VA hearings, while the Veterans
get NOTHING but hate crimes
and overburdensome process
from the VA Nazi's.

Let your DAV boycott begin
now in support of all chemical
exposure victims everywhere,
including the Fort McClellan
Veterans.

Relentless emails, boycott,
and calls for FIRING.
