This is a more in depth look at the events
leading up to the crisis in New Orleans
and how the Army Corps of Engineers, through
a chain of small bunglings leading up to
that fateful storm day, may have played
a hand in turning a predictable disaster
event into the loss of human life that
it ended up to be.
