Hi Everyone,

I am in the very early stages of a film project that I think is going to
change the way a lot of people view the war, the military, and give people
the chance to hear the side of the story that Fox News doesn't tell.

THIS IS A VOLUNTARY POSTION AD!!!!

I am looking mostly for stories, videos, and pictures from wounded or disabled vets. I am a Marine myself so I hope this helps.

I am hoping to create a narrative driven piece fueled by the soldier's
stories and NOT by a pro/anti war narrator. I want to help improve
conditions and create awareness for disabled vets, as well as spread
the word on what troops experience in Iraq and upon return. This is
going to be a story of the war as seen through the eyes of a solider
and not one of political agenda.

No narration, just the soldier's voices, raw. Incorporating images
(still and video) taken by actual soldiers in Iraq. This is not
another anti-war propaganda documentary. (I don't want to preach to
the choir, I want to reach people who normally wouldn't take an
interest.) This is going to be a documentary for everyone to see.

I will be preparing the budget and proposal in the coming weeks.
I will also be setting up a website in the very near future for updates
on my progress and to have a place for people to submit their stories,
pictures, and videos from and about the war. I will be traveling to meet
with soldiers and their families as soon as I secure funding. This is also
something I am working on. I will be setting up an account with Bank
of America that is set up just to take donations to help cover cost of travel
and expenses for the film. Anything left over after that I will donate all
the proceeds to the DAV (Disabled American Vets), or to the AMVETS.

welcomed.

I think this film has the potential to be phenomenal and also really effective.
