| As you have now seen in the other chat blogs on this Forum, both the Legal Aid Society for free lawyers and the VSO's veterans charities themselves are getting the wakeup call from the organization police. No police has been the central theme for Vets for Justice for quite some time now. Where are the Police at the VA ?? Veterans do spin their wheels, time and time again and even long after we tell them the whole story, that all of Law Enforcement is completely suspended inside the VA if you are trying to report corruption on your disability claims. NO, the VA Inspector Generals Office will NOT help you. Here below is the Thank You For Sharing letter you will get from them. I have posted 2 different views, keeping in mind this display uitility is NOT the best for viewing letter documents. The full view below is the checkoff sheet that the VA Inspector General uses and the LINE view shows the words checked off when trying to report claims: "Veterans Benefits Administration -- Complaints and disagreements pertaining to VA benefit rating decisions and appeals, should be filed with your Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims and Board of Veterans Appeals. Please contact your local VA regional office, service organization representative or call toll free at 800-827-1000 for further assistance." Yes that's right, I just finished telling you that crime reporting against VA Raters is rephrased by the Inspector Generals Office as "disagreement" with your decision. It gets worse. The FBI and Justice Department represents the VA in all claims and NOT the Veterans. The VA has unlimited access to free and numerous licensed Lawyers at their disposal, while the medical patients have none at all. This is over and above the Union Rep that also protects the VA Raters. There is no mercy. Only in a few limited states, there are state laws extending prosecuting jurisdiction to local District Attorney's even if it extends out to federal VA authority. Those states who have no such law, with New York as one of them, are royally screwed to the wall. People on Capitol Hill are at times, themselves, mistaken on this because all of the oversight hearings on the VA Inspector Generals Office are rigged, phoney, and not inclusive of any Public Comment period so the Veterans Stakeholders can bring the issue before the House and Senate Committees. Therefore Activists, do NOT let them blow you off and say the IG handles it because NO they do NOT and the House and Senate Committees refuse to educate themselves. And the IG themselves are on the slippery and sly on this by using disguise wording on their website page so as to not set off alarms at the main VA office. http://www.va.gov/oig/contacts/hotline-faq.asp#accept Click on this LINK and then scroll to the bottom of the web page and see for yourself under the heading "What Claims Do We NOT Accept" They do not accept anything at all to with reporting a VA Rater falsifying or trashing their cases for delay purposes. The Raters do this on our cases with impunity. This is a designed plan straight out of Nazi Germany and it is strictly enforced by the VA's very own Office of General Counsel. Yes and it gets worse here too. The VA General Counsel is the one who the Veteran medical patient has to DEFEAT (without a free lawyer) in all VA disability claims, no matter how sick and injured. That same General Counsel also controls all Federal Tort Claims which Veterans file to get their VA Raters reported somewhere. The OGC refuses each and every Federal Tort Claim without any investigation whatsoever. Then, this same General Counsel guy also controls all efforts the Veteran makes to invoke a Privacy Act proceding to correct the falsified documents by the VA Rater. Get it ?? Yes this story gets worse, and worse and worse the more ya look, the more ya find. Thank your lucky stars that you have this Vets For Justice group to find out what all of this is and to take it to Washington and stick it in their criminal faces! There is no fair and impartial process which is separate from either the VA Inspector Generals Office OR the Office of General Counsel (the VA's lawyer). He has sole signature refusal authority on every single filing which is made by Veteran medical patients, no matter if they are hospitalized or not. Veterans will NOT give up their legal rights in the face of this totalitarian SCHEME, nor are they required to under the VA's very own Patient Rights Act 38 CFR 17.33 Yet, by merely suspending the access to all Law Enforcement inside the system, they have done exactly that.
