We all know about the Edgewood
Human Experiment Tests up until
1974, but here is an official
GAO report dated 1994 commenting
on the overview of the Edgewood
series.

What is never discussed in these
reports are "ByStander" contamination
victims.

The VA does little and nothing to
give full disability recognition
either to those knowing and willing
volunteers of the Edgewood series
(many were suited up), OR the
unwilling By-Stander victims who
knew nothing about these tests
and were downwind elsewhere on
or near the base.

Since GAO was nice enough to post
this report on the internet, I
thought it to be a good time
to post it here for all to see
what the United States government
did during the DRAFT era of the
Vietnam War. This makes the motives
behind the DRAFT even far more
suspicious and ominous.

It is incredible to most of us
that the entire world knows about
these tests, but that the VA
puts up a legal litigation position
of Opposition to those attempting
to advance disability claims.

It's hard to know which agency
has been more meaner to medical
patients: the DOD for the Edgewood
Tests, or the VA for refusing to
aid and assist the medical patients.

But one thing is for sure: We
OPPOSE this matter with all of our
hearts, and call upon this VA agency
and the nation, to step up to the
plate and do the right thing, not
just for the documented volunteers,
but for those unwilling and unnotified
ByStander victims as well.

Update Note:
The GAO has just finished issuing a
brand new update review of the Edgewood
battery of tests known as Project 112.
These tests were also conducted at
Fort McClellan, Alabama. The GAO has
concluded that Veterans notification
SHOULD take place, and this is the
same pursuit which is being pursued
by the Fort McClellan Veterans. You
will need to use the Zoom + feature
to enlarge this report for viewing,
but here it is for those who want
to see the latest developments.

Sue Frasier --- Does the Secretary of Veterans Affairs handle matters of reversed race discrimination? What address should I write to? Thank you.
