| We enter now, into the Halls of Shame and Disgust, one Dave Abbott of the VA Washington DC central office, working out of the Comp and Pen unit and sporting a brain that only a freaking RODENT could love. I first approached Dave Abbott in the year 2006. I was stretched into full monthly attendance at the VDBC Commission hearings all around Washington, and I had originally started my phone contact with VA's Environmental mad scientist, Dr. Mark Brown's office, and then was passed around from phone number to phone number until I finally ended up at Daves telephone. From that, you can infer the fact that Dave is somehow in the chain of influence to Mark Brown. Dave Abbott was first approached by me to modify, correct, amend, and revise the VA's official website pages and public posts regarding the Edgewood series of human chemical tests and the veterans who were either involved or victimized by those tests. It was explained to Dave by me, that the VA's summaries were all out WRONG, because in the new millenium it was firmly established by the GAO that the Edgewood tests of the 1950's, 60's, and 70's were conducted at MULTIPLE military bases and NOT just at the Edgewood labs at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland. What became apparent in our discussions was that Dave single handedly is the VA's official website posting man for the Edgewood references released by the VA. To that end, we bestow the dubious honor and title upon Dave Abbott as the VA's official co-conspirator to murder innocent medical patients through public disinformation and document falsification, which is VA's official signature and preferred crime of practice against Veterans. At the time I had the phone and email discussions with Dave, the topic also came up about my very own VA disability case (raised by HIM and not me). He was sent a significant pile of papers regarding my case which had been stalled at VARO New York City for some 2 years at that point with Zero movement, and the rulings I was getting back at that point were all falsified garbage. So what I am telling you here is, that Dave Abbott sitting right in the VA Central Office in Washington DC, as far back as the year 2006, had direct knowlege of and was fully aware of the ensuing crisis at VARO New York City, and that the VBA Benefits Director there, Joseph Collorafi, (fired just recently) was actively trashing cases. I went through the entire rig-a-ma-role with Dave, sending supporting papers and demonstrating to Dave how Collorafi was trashing Vet cases like mine. Dave Abbott was then instantly no longer interested in doing anything at all on my Comp case. As the VDBC Commission hearings progressed, and our Fort McClellan issue made the agenda list at the VDBC, Dave was then approached again by me to add the contamination zone at Fort McClellan Ala. to the official VA website. It was here that Dave began throwing up brick walls. He insisted at this point, that I the VA medical patient, all by myself with no staff and no money funding and not even Comp and Pen pay for my own disability case, take on the monumental task of hunting, finding, and locating other medical patients on the Internet who were matching to my own disability profile, and who also served at Fort McClellan, Alabama. This was without any offering of help or assistance to me by the VA, and as a condition of receiving any other future assistance from the VA, so everybody get a picture here that this is what I was slammed over the head with. I griped, I stormed, I objected. His whole line of Bull was that because women Veterans marry so frequently that he needed to find actual people to match up to a common list so they could start the process of name-hunting on some of the women Veterans. Yeah Right I said, like this is MY job! When I started that project to go out and find Fort McClellan women on the internet, I was pretty much greeted with an imbecile factory of women, some of who were all out bums: former homeless shelter types, alcoholics, brain-dead shit brains who couldn't think their way out of a wet paper bag, and drug types. I did what I could to weed out the asshole factory over time, and then held onto the legitimates that we could find to compile the start up list that Dave had insisted upon. At that moment in time, this was our only avenue and hope of getting to the other side of the Fort McClellan contamination zone issue. Several submissions were made to Dave along the way to also pursue the requested revisions and amendments to the VA website regarding the Edgewood tests. This included multiple versions of GAO published reports showing conclusively that other military bases were included in the Edgewood tests, and not just Aberdeen Proving Ground. Supporting papers were also given to Dave showing that the Edgewood tests were conducted at Fort McClellan, Alabama during the Monsanto contamination years. A period of time was waited out to see if the VA would make the demanded revisions on Edgewood to their official VA website. It never happened. The VDBC Commission hearings went on month in and month out, and as I planned each new trip to Washington, I also contacted Dave Abbott and offered to meet with him and talk to him in his VA office. I am, after all, a former VA employee there and I know the building well. Each time, Dave had an excuse as to why he couldn't meet with me. The VDBC Commission, decided to embark upon a preliminary investigation on the Fort McClellan contamination zone matter as our issue got furher along in the Commission agenda. Keeping in mind this was a full 2 year process that we had endured with the Commission all the way into the end of 2007 when the Commission terminated at the end of their mission. Along the way, the VDBC staff met directly with Dave Abbott, not once but a few times. He was called upon for an official response to what was transpiring regarding the Fort McClellan veterans matter. He made a significant list of official representations to the Commission regarding the planned handling of the Fort McClellan issue. Along the way in 2007, Dave Abbott quite literally disappeared from everybody's radar. The VDBC Commission presented their published book report to Congress, and now where Oh where is Dave? Speculation had it that Dave had retired. Nobody at Central Office new anything and yet, Dave's office phone continued to be connected even though phone calls were never returned. Not for months, and not for more than a year. In 2008, a very annoyed House Veterans Affairs Committee finally found and located Dave Abbott. It seems that he had been sent on extended duty into the country of Germany to take on-site claims from wounded Iraq veterans. Go Figure! Like the DOD does not somehow have it's very own claims system! Upon Dave's return, he did assure the House Veterans Committee that yes, he was fully cooperating with them (again) on the Fort McClellan contamination zone matter and the findings and recommendations on that issue from the VDBC Commission. On December 19, 2008, I made a trip to Washington DC and found and opened up history files from the HQ command of the Womens Army Corps formerly at Fort McClellan, Ala. The files were found at the National Archives. In those files, I found a significant collection of WAC statistics reports, cadre and orderly room reports on the troops of the day leading all the way up to the year of decommissioning of the Corps in 1978. There had never been any need to force ME or any other medical patient from Fort McClellan to hunt, find, and locate other veterans from there, because the entire troop population profile was sitting in those files at the National Archives. What this proves is the lazy, dysfunctional, incompetent, bungling, negligent, patient-abusing ways of Dave Abbott and his futile demands to nowhere that he had wrongly and unfairly burdened me with. This post, marks the beginning of the end for Dave Abbott as I get into position to hand Dave over on a silver platter to police authorities for the great national ICON of Jackass that he truly is. This guy may just as well be smoking crack cocaine on his lunch hour for all the useless dysfunction that he delivers from his office in the name of serving Veterans. Single handedly, this Washington Moron from Hell has likely murdered hundreds of waiting and needy veterans who were disabled from Fort McClellan, Ala. while this loaded diaper brain at the VA Piddled and Diddled their lives away into an early grave with no VA comp and pen pay at all from their service at Fort McClellan. There is now a significant list of Washington people who have had their proverbial fingers in the pie in pursuing or confronting Dave Abbott first for one thing, and then another. They can all serve as police witnesses as far as I am concerned because my trip to the National Archives was the end of all VA excuses and it marked the end of the scamming coming from Dave Abbott. Law enforcement papers will be filed on Dave Abbott in the next 30 days and I will be more than glad to throw him to the wolves and be done with his dumb and sorry ass once and for all. To think that the entire troop statistic files were sitting right in the Washington area the whole time and all Dave had to do was get on the Metro just as I did and just go there to get the files is nothing less than a stunning and glaring demonstration of the level of STIUPID that lurks inside the VA Central Office in Washington DC. I hope this little "collection" of LINKS, reports, and articles below clears the record and gives some kind of hint about the level of work that was done on the Edgewood tests when I had first approached Dave Abbott, and might give you all a clue at just how much of an effort I had put in to get the VA agency to change, revise, update, and amend it's website to include all of the other missing military bases as well as Fort McClellan, in the incident summary currently posted at the VA's official website at www.VA.gov While the changes and efforts never happened from 2006 to right now at the very end of 2008, I can tell you with certainty, that one way or another, there will be yet more firings at the VA in 2009 and at some point, we will successfully force the VA's hand into changing it's course of practices in issuing false and deliberately misphrased disinformation regarding both the Edgewood tests and the Fort McClellan contamination zone. On Page 5 of this report, it clearly states that the tests were done at Edgewood plus "4 other locations" which we have interpreted to mean or include, Huntsville Arsenal, Alabama, Fort McClellan, Alabama, and Dugway Proving Ground Utah. http://archive.gao.gov/t2pbat2/152601.pdf Here is the published summary on what is now famously known as "the sheep kill of Utah" which marked the official undoing of the Edgewood series of tests in the late 1960's. The sheep kill of Utah took place at Dugway Proving Ground Utah, and NOT at the Aberdeen Proving Ground in Maryland the way the VA falsely portrays this historic incident. Until the sheep-kill incident, nobody knew about the Edgewood tests not even Congress. It was the official Congressional hearings on the Utah sheep-kill, transcripts which are not on line but have been obtained from rare libraries by me, which led to the full outting and discovery of the Edgewood tests.
