Every now and then we get a Slacker
in the pile who likes to mostly
ride on the names of "Veterans" but
does little to bring anything functional
to the legislative table when it
comes to us holding out our hands
for crisis assistance.

This seems to be the case with
Rep. Corrine Brown of Florida.

Brown's website is long on wind
and BlowHard in throwing around
the word Veterans this and Veterans
that. But a detailed look at her
legislative history for the 110th
Congress, both as Sponsor and Co-Sponsor
comes up with 3 full minutes of
Dead Air just before the crickets
start to chirp in Florida.

She seems to be the Tag Along
congresswoman of the House Veterans
Affairs Committee. Whatever everybody
else brings to the table of Veterans
legislation, Corrine seems to be
complacent enough to go along for
the ride.

She did back the apparent Defense
Authorization Bill, and a Veterans
Cemetary Bill, and a handful of
STUNT legislation such as postage
stamps honoring Veterans. But,
Hey Rinnie, What have ya done
about our backlog crisis ??

Congresswoman Brown has an outward
and visible problem you see, and
when you put that out there in
the front of everything else, it
becomes hard to notice what the
problem.

Corrine Brown is obsessed with,
fixated upon, and almost not without
function beyond the point of
race. Virtually every key legislation
in the name of her district is
either for the interests of foreign
countries OR the Black race and nothing
else. So lengthy is this trail of
Black Bill this, and Black Bill that,
we were hard pressed to find the
word Veteran anywhere in her legislative
catalog.

This is typically on the street
a sign of mental illness. Just so
you'll know. Whenever we find these
types who are fixated with obsessive
compulsive disorder on race and race
alone, there is nothing good in it
for anybody else around them.

By all indications, Rep. Corrine
Brown needs race counselling to make
her feel better about herself, and
perhaps should consider leaving
national office.

Veterans are warned to NOT get hoodwinked
by her website because we looked
into the Thomas, and you can too at
the LINK below, and see for yourself
that her 110th legislative trail
is disturbing at best and leaves
one cold on her role as senior legislator
on the House Veterans Affairs Committee.

Activists may be wasting their time
with this congresswoman, because at
best, she doesn't seem to "get it"
just how far out on the branch of disconnect
she has already climbed out on. She
may be already, at the point of
no return for her district.

Veterans in that district would do
well to pursue congressional change
there as she may well be a part of
the problem in Florida, and not a
part of the solution.
