I went to Ed Case's office in Honolulu on 19-DEC-03. I was on active duty and I complained to him that my chain of command was violating the UCMJ and numerous Army Reg's. I was then detained in a mental institution, given an Article 15 and denied a Court Martial.
I then wrote to Joel Hefley seeking help and he did nothing and was then denied a 30% disability rating which I found out later that I am entitled to. I then went to Senator Inouye's office in Honolulu, he did nothing and then again I was denied my personal weapons by the FBI, DOD Police, and 25th ID MP's and then was arrested again by the MP's. I finally left the post and was demoted after my ETS date, and was never paid my final pay until a month and a half after my ETS date. I calculate the government still owes me $4,500 and it is approaching February. I have been writing and visiting numerous Congressmen and Senators and they don't do anything.
