Whlie we are still waiting for the
new Congress to post it's all new
session website so we can see who
the Committee lineups are, I have
released the new 2009 legislative
draft for the Fort McClellan veterans
and begun talking to the Alabama
delegation, as well as one NY Rep.
who we had started working with
in the fall before the end of session.

Also a phone message has been left
for our GAO working contact to status
out where we are in our funding pursuits
for them.

A January trip is planned to Washington
but that has to straddle both weather
and the Inauguration so a date has
not yet been fixed.

Previously activated films from the
National Archives are now ready for
my sign off and a new pile of files
have been found which will be reviewed
in my next run down there for January.
