I have begun loading in and moving
around the proposed new draft for
the Fort McClellan Veterans legislation
to be shopped around for a sponsor
in 2009.

Also today faxes went to the entire
House Veterans Affairs Comte. regarding
their bungling and nonsense "roundtable"
hearing on the ensuing VA "shredder-gate"
scandal of which I am personally a crime
victim of. The roundtable was a sham
and quickly sunk into a pity story about
the VA and did nothing at all to talk
about what would happen to the Veterans.

While the VA has posted "special rules"
for the shredder-gate victims, that
does nothing at all for those of us
who have just now been docketed at
the Court of Veterans Appeals and have
to "litigate" our Defenses on the
fake and phoney Remand orders coming
out of the BVA which are premised upon
the falsified "shredder-gate" operations
sitting at the VARO level. More
will come out on this in our FORUMs
when I get a minute to post those.

Anyhow all committee members got
my fax and they were basically told
to go shit in their hats if this
is their idea of a hearing on the
issue.
