I thought I would take a minute
now to go back and fetch the
actual LINKS for you to see
the VA Raters and VSO's survey
which was conducted nearly 1
year ago by the Center for Naval
Analysis and submitted for publication
to the Veterans Disability Benefits
Commission.

The report on the VA Raters Survey
was divided into 2 parts, with
one part given in February of this
year and the other part given
the following March. This survey
is interpretive and not the complete
texts of the report itself as it
will appear in the final bound
book. For instance, when it says
that nearly 85% of all VSO's are
combat Veterans, then that also
means they are both mental illness
cases and medical patients who
are then "practicing law" on behalf
of the other Veterans. We have
never seen a combat Veteran who
did NOT claim PTSD and it is this
85% rate on the survey that we
have used to make objections on
to force the transition over to
free licensed lawyers and/or
combinations of Social Workers to
do the claims of Veterans.

This is but one interpretive numerical
example, and there are several in
these 2 reports so you have to
use your imagination in figuring
out what they all say. We say the
training declarations in these
studies are a hoax, and that issues
of the VA Raters are far more
deliberate and perpetrative than
what these findings are saying.

They went into this study with
a predetermined "notion" that
training might be an issue, so
it just happens that this is
what they were looking for and
not other things.

Many VA Raters do have "single
signature authority" without any
other supervisory review before
the claims are signed off and
sent to the Veteran. There
are a handful of problems in this
Rater Survey, but now you can
all access these LINKS to go directly
in and see it for yourself.

Disability Benefits Commission.
