The 2 recent events of a new
PTSD study coming out from Emory
University showing the disease
to have a GENE causation, and
the recently update release on
the Edgewood Testing impact on
Veterans who served in those
contamination zones, has completely
outted the VSO's and it's corrupted
and breached database of Case Citations now lurking inside the VA
case pool for Veterans disability
cases of the past, of which new
and incoming Veterans cases or those
on appeal are compared to.

It is the very thing that we have
objected to and protested against
for several years now, as Deaf Ears
spun their own wheels, at times
even defending these incompetent
ShitBags at the VSO's, and now here
it is, front and center and out in
the public eye --- for all the world
to see!!!

The entire database pool of existing
Veterans case citations are breached,
compramised, utter bullshit, nullified,
torpedoed, sabotaged beyond recognition,
malpracticed, buffooned, and completely
having the equal standing of a loaded
diaper!!!



The Emory University findings showing
PTSD to have little or no connection at
all to military service is the third
of it's kind which I've seen, which
means that the science industry is now
going through the motions to "cross verify"
earlier findings which have long been
already known about.

There really is a huge crisis problem
here, and we have argued this into
a rathole to Congress.

Those Veterans who, in the past, did
not have any information on board
about the Edgewood Human Experiments
or the Monsanto PCB contamination zone
at Fort McClellan, and attempted to
propel their VA cases under WRONG
nexus theories and causations, have
generated an entire trail history of
[case citations} which the VA then
turns around and uses against those
who actually are coming in with the
all new truthful findings of these
reports.

Once you grasp the fundamental concept
of what this exercise in SABOTAGE
holds, it will become easier for you
to understand WHY the VSO's have to
be halted in doing VA claims!!!

Declassified documents are an endless
rotation in this Veterans environment.
Not every single Veteran who commences
a disability case is up to date or
even literate enough to know anything
about causation!!!

When you have earlier bungled cases
who were denied and dismissed under
falsity and error, and then you have
a new pool of Veterans coming in holding
the all-new findings on PTSD and the
all-new findings Edgewood chemical tests,
then what comes out of that is a corrupted
Case Citation Pool (or database), like the one existing at
the CVA (court of veterans appeals) which
is then misapplied against those Veterans
who are absolutely in the know and telling
the truth.

VSO's have routinely been "rigging" cases
to win at any cause, while at the same
time, generating one sabotage case after
another to cause a complete nuclear
meltdown of the integrity of Case history
of citations which are predatorily used
against newly inbound Veterans.

This is a huge integral part of what is
causing the massive Denials in claims:
the illiteracy and incompetency of
VA Raters, which is then followed by
the overly used case citation pool
which is now DEFUNCT and rendered not
useable by the new reports of Emory
University on PTSD and the Edgewood
update report on the Human Testing years.

If ever there was a reason to
HALT the practice of litigating Veterans
at all, when applying for VA Disability
cases, then Fort McClellan, Ala. is
certainly IT !! To this end, we are
arguing this very strategy to Congress
and the White House.

I predict that the days are numbered
for VSO's to continue processing claims
at the VA and in the future, we will
see either a system which is with no
litigation at all, OR one which is fronted
by licensed attorney's.

Be sure to tell your local VSO's
that they are complete and utter
ShitBrains, and it's time for them
to GO !!
