U.N. Secretary General Kofi
Annan told a group of African
leaders this week that the
SUDAN is still a complete and
utter mess as it continues
to struggle with war, poverty,
and disease.

Well.....NEWS FLASH, Kofi !!!!
For how long did all of us here
in America have to sit through
the widely publicized story
that if only Aparthied itself
were brought to a decisive
end, ---- presumably symbolized
by the election of then
anti-Aparthied activist Nelson
Mandella, ----- that the issues
of Africa as a country could
be liberated and unleashed
and the countrymen there could
then lead an improved and
peaceful existance ????

Tell me, was I freakin
dreaming through this or isn't
that exactly what they had all
touted in our U.S. news media time
and time again until Mandella was
elected ??

So here we are all these years
later still listening to the
whining from Africa. What
happened, does anybody really
know ?

It is never explained to us,
in the midst of all the whining
and the pleading for U.S. dollars,
Why Oh Why Blacks are unable
to rule their own country, and
why Blacks are unable to rise
out of Ghetto life even in this
country?? This is a fair question
to know.

While for sure and with certainty,
the misery and suffering in Africa
is real and to be reckoned with.
But why is all of this stuck in
the faces of the U.S. citizenry
when we were in no way by any
stretch of the imagination a
cause of the African circumstance,
nor are we liable for increased
taxes to be forcibly levied upon
to PAY for Africa. So what the
hell is the point of all this
in our American Associated Press ??

Is this yet another Yellow
Brick Road being paved and heading
down the route of the next
ill-conceived NATO intervention
in the near future after our weary
young troops return home from Iraq ??
Enough already --- Africa shut
up and sit down.

By Kofi's own admission, corporate
investment into the continent was
up by 200 percent, and yet even
with that, only a fractional
difference is made to the improvement
of African conditions there with
AIDS topping the list.

I've got a better idea.

Since President Bill Clinton
facilitated the rewriting of much
of U.S. Constitutional law through
the relentless, secret or under
publicized efforts of his administration
which allowed unelected members
of the United Nations to subordinate
U.S. law to the international interests
of treaty law, how about we do
this as an African/Ghetto solution??

Let's create a new international
Amendment to NATO making it a crime
for anyone to practice tribal living,
religious obsession living, ethnic
obsessed living, and Ghetto living ???
Stop bleeding American
taxpayers dry with every Blip of
an international pity story on the
planet !! It sounds good to ME --
Now THERE's a PLAN !!

What we know from this country
is there is an entire segment of
Black Ghetto types who actually
worship, celebrate, voluntarily
stay in, and work overtime
to stay stuck in poor no matter
what is provided to them. It's
an endless, and relentless chain
of excuses -- one after another
after another after another ---
about why they can't work REAL
jobs, or attend a REAL school,
or just plain fit in with a national
society that marches to the common
beat of a single drum of self
sufficiency and climbing career
ladders to obtain assets and
achievement.

Let's get rid of all that and
make it a "violation" for those
who stay stuck-on-stupid and
continue to hold onto ways which
were only relevant in the 1940's
and 1950's ?? Yes here is your
$5.00 ticket and police court
summons for your appearance to
explain in front of a NATO judge
while you feel the need to NOT take
a real job with a real salary
that will take your family off
of food stamps and the American
Red Cross !!! [ Give me a freakin
BREAK !! ] This is for sure
what everything is coming to.

Why is billions upon billions
of relief money being poured
into Africa just so they can
all hold onto their tribal ways
walking around dancing to Gods
all day and hunting for food ??
Hey Africa --- NEWS FLASH !!
We now have something called
a "Supermarket", DUH !! Stop
your dancing and hit the employment
office !!

Why are billions being poured
into Africa without any police
patrol taking over control
of the government and out of
the hands of tribal thugs
and dictators ?? What is the
point of millions upon millions
of charitable donations only
to have the Same Shit, Different
Day going on within the 4
borders of Africa ?? Same
people in their government, same
tribes not elevating to world
society standards, and the same
day to day with the countrymen
no matter what the dangers,
misery, and death. These are
all fair questions to know.

Either write new Treaties and tell
these Third World types that
they are now under International
Law and the universal Treaty
standards of NATO and Geneva
which hereby makes it a crime
to "voluntarily" live like
rats in a hole, subject to
fines, tribunals, and mandatory
indoctrination programs (or
mental institutionalism) and
let's put this whole international
PITY arena to rest once and
for all. Get it off the backs
of U.S. taxpayers and out of
the faces of those who work
to stay out of such conditions.

In the meantime, the U.S. Associated
Press has way too much time on their
hands and needs to find something
else to report on that is more
relevant to the American, law-compliant
living of Americans ---- such
as post-service Veterans who are
trying to expose the horrors of
the VA system for example.
