Other places do sell the books,
but you will be at risk of them
charging a markup fee at some
point, so it's best to order
right from the source and get
your free shipping.

The Title 38 CFR is divided into
2 volumes, Parts 0 thru 17 is
the main part for Veterans claims
(Parts 3 and 4) and that is priced
$60 and last updated in 2007.
The second volume is priced at
$62. Not cheap for sure, but this
is the HUGE financial burden that
the VA imposed on sick and impoverished
Veterans while they are sitting
for entire LIFETIMES waiting
for their cases to be rated.

The VA does NOT supply us with the
books, and then turns around
and expects us to "litigate" the
cases and know what the law is.
This is a clear violation of
the VA's own Patient Abuse statutes
under 38 CFR 17.33, but then that
is a whole other another blog
to be posted elsewhere here.

Anyway, here are the purchasing

Volume 1 and work from there
and save your money for the other
volumes. I will also get the

Over the span of my entire lifetime,
the VSO's have never once advocated
for the Veterans to receive free
copies of the Title 38 CFR volume
set.
