For everytime I have written one of
these chats on Presumptive service
connected statusing, I have always
included the 2 page diagram photos
of the Old and Existing Presumptive
Process and the Proposed New and
Upcoming Presumptive Process as
advanced by the VDBC Commission at
the hands of the Institute of Medicine.

In this entry, I left out the photos
as I am too tired to do the SCANS
for the 100th time. If you haven't
read the Old and New comparison
diagrams then find them elsewhere
on this FORUM page in old chat entries
because I have done this several times
now.

The current and existing Presumptive
Service Connected Statusing system
will be changing at some point, I
don't know when so don't hold me to
a date, but it will not be remaining
like it is for much longer.

We have worked long and hard, in spite
of all the bungling and incompetence
of the VSO's on this issue, to advance
and make changes better for the Veterans
on this very isolated part of the
service connected system which largely
effects chemical and hazardous
exposure Veterans.

The current process right now forces
Veterans, no matter how sick or injured,
and no matter how isolated or grouped,
to become tortured "lobbyists" on
Capitol Hill in Washington DC just
to obtain this Presumptive statusing
in VA disability claims. It involves
legislation and an act of Congress
right now, just to obtain "class
recognition" for medical patients at
the VA.

During the 2 hearing process of the
VDBC Commission, Presumptive statusing
was a probing review issued under
contract to the Institute of Medicine
who effectively sided with those
of us who participated in the Public
Comment periods for IOM to support,
call for, and advance the national
issue of CHANGING the existing
Presumptive system once and for all
for any effected medical patients
of the future.

The VSO's, dumb as they are and as
unqualified as they are with not a
single licensed medical doctor among
them, didn't quite catch on to what
the VDBC investigation was all about,
and what trailed down to the field
offices of places like American Legion
was the misinterpretation that they
were NOT going to support the Presumptive
changes largely because it cut into
their predatory cottage industries
which sits in the name of veterans but
is really all about THEIR CORPORATIONS
and whether or not "their corporations"
can continue operating business as usual
without being phased out.

So the brick wall forming the 2 sides
of this controversy on Presumptive
service connected statusing has evolved
pretty much since the VDBC expired
last fall.

The first thing you have to know
on this whole Presumptive matter
is, that it's holding the entire
VA disability system BACK from joining
and aligning itself with regualar
professional medical practices
comparable to civilian systems.
This is what we argued for and what
we went in after was to STOP and
END the "Ole Boy's" version of this
VA medical malpractice network
and to START getting it hooked
into and in full alignment with
civilian-based medical practices.

The second thing about this change
in Presumptive statusing is that the
new proposed system to be implemented
calls for ASSISTANCE to be provided
to the medical patients in gathering
the necessary science papers. This
is the ultimate threat right here
to VSO's because once this becomes
a centralized SERVICE which is available
to ALL Veterans who are seeking
Presumptive statusing, then the END
is near to the VSO's running their
half-assed cottage industry to nowhere
on Presumptive related VA disability
claims.

You all need to get your FACTS
straight on this because once this
issue launches at the VA and
Congress when they start talking
on the changes, the rumor mill will
completely SCREW UP this
story and you will get nothing but
CRAP for email chainout information.

I am taking the time here to tell
you the way it really is, as one
of the players who actually ENDORSED
the new Presumptive system when
it came up on many floor votes at
the VDBC.

Now while the VSO's may very well
be a TAD too full of themselves
as they have been the ruling roost
over past decades leading up until
now inside this rigged, faker,
bullcrap-ridden, wheel-spinning,
and malpracticed VA Presumptive
system, even that arrogance will
start leading them down the road
of certain DOOM and we are ready
to deal with them point blank
on this issue, right between the eyes
if it gets out of hand.

The Institute of Medicine are
licensed doctors who came in at
OUR request to probe and investigate
this entire Presumptive issue.
The VSO's at NO TIME were called
in by us, and there is not a single
licensed medical doctor among them.

We are fully prepared to launch
a series of complaints up and down
official Washington to have the
interference of these VSO's to
our access to a licensed, professional
medical opinion removed, stopped,
halted, and banned if not sanctioned
in fines if we decide to take it up
a notch and name them as meddlers
and nuisance managers.

Too many veterans inside this VA
system have fallen at the hands
of the buffoon factories, the nonsense,
the unqualified politics, and the
unlicensed opinions of these half
assed VSO's.

If you could all see who they are
over the span of time, for one year,
or two years --- then what I am saying
here to you now would be of no surprise
at all and you would instantly catch
onto just how absolutely ON TARGET
I am in the truth of this controversy.

Let the VSO's be warned, that as
medical patients, we are entitled
to advocate and pursue LICENSED
MEDICAL OPINIONS for the crafting
out of our own care, and the BlowHards
of CLUBS need to put a SOCK IN IT
and shut up and sit down. When the
day comes that VSO's are providing
our medicine too, then the matters
involved with the Presumptive statusing
system at the VA may very well again
come up as a Free-For-All on practices
and procedures.

But for this round and on this issue,
it remains a fact of record: we went
to the VDBC asking them to align
us with regular civilian-based medicine
practices. Any big, dumb, BlowHard
noses who stick their unqualified
brain-BLOBS in the middle of that
are tampering with our legal rights
to proper and professional medical
practices, and this is exactly
how you will all be named and
identified on complaint papers.

Now, for those of you as ByStanders
who need to know what this Presumptive
statusing is as it comes up on
legislation reviews, we will be
carrying all of the Presumptive
related Bills and announcements
coming from the VA as they
start trickling out one by one.

Keep in mind that even if it does
not effect you personally, it DOES
effect the Veterans of the future
and any hazardous or chemical
exposures that those Veterans may
face in their military service
of the future. We have sworn at
the level of THIS generation that
we would be the very LAST of it's
kind to endure the load of CRAP
process that the VSO's have stood
by and allowed while they all cashed
in on their corporate buffoon
interests to keep it the way it
is no matter how tortuous it has
been for the medical patients who
have been caught up in it.

The VSO's do NOT represent "veterans"
they represent their "corporations"
and the longevity thereof so everybody
get on the same page with that. You
all have to grow up to the realities
of what has been going on out here,
and as we find out these scams
and the wiring that keeps the VA
in a pile of Nut-Farm practices,
we will continue to snip those
wires and deactivate these scams.

Look for the Presumptive Statusing
issue to be coming up soon in the
rock and roll of Capitol Hill.
