My husband received a remand last year,on 1-5-07. the remand was sent to bva, then to amc. then to varo.My husband received, comformation of the remand,but we were not supplied,with a copy of the remand,[think I posted this before ,but need your out put, on this]on 1-26-07,the asst service manager, wrote amc.as my husbands POA, and closed out all appeals and the remand.va states my husband closed out appeals and remand on 3-1-07,the file Is now closed,marked history.we have never closed out appeals or remand,, I might add we have nothing In writing ,from va, to comfirm, everything Is closed, we do not have a s/o, what Is the best way to handle this? and how can this happen, the report of contact , was sent to me , from meg peak, as she knew we had no poa,no matter who I write to I get the same answer. my husband closed out the appeals,we even asked varo to supply the letter to prove we wrote to close out remand and appeals, nothing works, appeals and remand are closed, thank you for your help BETTY PRIAM
