This week I was diagnosed with OCD, Major Depression, and Anxiety disorders. The VA physician stated on his report that this condition was since the military and recommends seeking service connection to these issues. Do I have a case?

Military training can condition an individual to have certain disorders such as the ones you listed. The VA does pay veterans for such disabilities.

Do you have a case? This is difficult to say. You could have a case. I would recommend getting a private physician to document these conditions exist, provide any documentation showing these existed since military service, and provide a narrative of how this issues are related to military service.

Mental disabilities are just as valid as physical disabilities, just harder to diagnose, link to service, and treat.

should i ask about this? i angered the ortho people, by running away in tears from their snotty staff during a procedure. i went privately t get the problem fixed, but the va ortho found out and called them and said they suspect i have a psychiatric condition that they didn't notice before. at first i was angry, since the private doctor was so nice and barely hurt me and did nt intimidate me. but then, i thought, perhaps i should go back and whine away at them. what do you think? i am afraid though, that they may mess up my brain.
