Is there any disability rating for being diagnosed by a VA Dr as having TBI, Tramatic Brain Injury?

The answer is YES and you can go ahead
and apply for it any time. The definition
itself may be changing from time to time,
but the diagnosis itself is very much
a VA medical profile.
