Recently I recieved a proposed reduction letter to reduce me from 100% schedular(mental health) to 80%. When I was 80% before I was sent a letter for Indivual unemployability.I file for it. Instead of VA granting me the IU they increased me to a schedular 100%.Upon reviewing the evidence(little) they sent for the reduction I am pretty sure I can keep it once I send additional paperwork. My question is would I be better keeping the 100 schedular or would it be better for me to apply again for the IU because I couldn't work since leaving the army for the last two years and it wrecks my nerves gettin reexaminations every 6 months to stay at 100 schedular. If so how should I go about filing the IU while I still have either submit more evidence to va or request for hearing.I was trying to figure out a way to keep my full check until theY rule on my IU but I from what I hear I have to take the pay cut and go through the process of IU. I just want the quickest way possible with some permanancy
so I can stop worrying myself all the time. PLEASE HELP.

When you get 100%-go for perm and total, then they will play hell to reduce you.

Would total unemployability at 70 or 80 % count?
I see in my medical files that medical staff do not mention medical problems that I attempt to discuss with them, but they do file progress reports showing that my disability is not disabling or it is less than what I was rated for.
